Abo's Pizza — Restaurant in Broomfield

Abo's is seriously amazing. Their pizza is so good! I literally hate eating pizza at friends houses because they don't have Abo's. It's not only their pizza that is the bomb, but also their customer service. I've seen people who complain about their customer service in reviews. I think they are fake reviews. I ordered on grubhub and grubhub didn't list the options for extra marinara for breadsticks OR banana peppers for the pizza. All I had to do was comment that there was no extra sauce option or banana pepper option on grubhub. They actually read my comments and delivered the pizza and bread sticks as expected. Not only that but the delivery driver actually apologized that they made a our pizza a little large and had to fold one edge in the pizza box. They literally gave us extra pizza and apologized for it. Not sure where any one has gotten bad customer service from abo's when they apologized for giving me extra food. I'm super frustrated with my experience tonight, and even though I like the pizza, no one should support this business if this is how they treat paying customers. I called and made a pizza order, and the guy who took my order sounded super confused the entire time. I told him I was paying by card, but he didn't event take my payment information. Almost two hours later, my pizza hadn't come and I hadn't recieved any calls. I called again to ask what happened, and the girl who answered didn't even ask for my name, but some how knew who I was. She told me that they couldn't get a hold of me (because they never called me), and that they couldn't find my apartment because it doesn't exist. She literally told me that my apartment doesn't exist. (Funny, because they could find it the last time I got pizza delivered from this Abo's to my apartment two weeks ago.) "that's our biggest complaint" was the answer I got when I asked the employee's why they are so disgusting and don't wash between sweeping, cash handling and food handling. He said I don't understand that any bacteria/etc gets cooked off in the oven. I think that is terrible that the management is OK with this practice and seriously that people haven't been getting sick eating here. The hand sink had a empty pitcher in it and hadn't been used the entire time I was there waiting for my order. I witnessed the employee sweep, take an order, then grab a stack of peperoni and start placing it on a pizza all with BARE HANDS never washed!! I witnessed employee's touching baking items to test if they were done with their dirty hands as well as using the pizza cutter, wipe their face and all around unsanitary practices.
