BREAKFAST DOES NOT LAST UNTIL 10:30 HERE... 10/5/24 - My daughter and I stopped in this morning to get some breakfast before we started our day of running errands. After a long week I was really looking forward to a treat of a chicken biscuit, tots, and coffee. When we got up to the counter, I ordered a berry parfait for daughter and a #1 breakfast combo for myself. The person taking my order, Austin, told me that they were no longer serving breakfast. I looked down at my phone and it was 10:31. He said they had already stopped making breakfast sandwiches (which means they stopped their breakfast service before 10:30, although their menu says it goes until 10:30... and we got into line before 10:30 but by the time it was our turn it was 10:31) so I asked if they had any tots left because that's what I was really looking forward to. Austin checked and they did have an order of tots left so I asked, while clearly looking at the breakfast menu, if I could have a sandwich instead of a biscuit since they had stopped making biscuits and Austin told me "yes". He asked if I'd like the drink with it so I ordered a coffee. He then gave me the total and it was almost $18.00. I asked how much the berry parfait was and he told me it was $5 something then I asked how much my meal was and he said, "Well, I had to ring up everything separately with the tots so..." and he proceeded to tell me the price of each item rung up separately. So, actually, when I asked if I could get the sandwich instead of the biscuit, he should've told me "no" or informed me ahead of time that he was going to have to ring everything up separately. I told him to just take everything of mine off the order and get my daughter's berry parfait, and that it was a bummer since I was in line before 10:30. He said, "Yeah, sorry, I'll go bag up that parfait." I was in a hurry so didn't say anything else to Austin in the restaurant - I just wanted to get my daughter's breakfast and get to my errands. Chick-fil-A is usually on top of things and has great customer service, trying to amend anything they can so it was disappointing and frustrating that there was no attempt to try to make things right when they clearly had stopped preparing breakfast before 10:30... had I gotten my turn at the counter 1 minute earlier they still wouldn't have had...
Read moreI never do negative reviews unless it’s really warranted. I will not go to this location and will drive an extra few miles to avoid this store. Well they may wish to say “oh it’s a new store“ Chick-fil-A is not a new company and they should have some of their details dialed in. I placed my order for a kale salad and got home and there were no almonds or anything like that in the bag — my other items were fine and so I called because they seem to be constantly missing the almonds and it’s a pretty expensive salad if it’s just kale and no almonds. The salad consisted of less than two tablespoons of kale. I called and spoke with Gavin. Who is not helpful in the slightest — I asked why they had not provided almonds with our kale salads and he’s like well earlier today we were out but we have them now and I’m like I was just there five minutes ago and I still didn’t get almonds. And he didn’t even offer to let me come pick them up when I asked if I could have almonds he was like well I’ll have to check and I’ll make sure to talk to our bagger about it so she doesn’t forget almonds for future orders which doesn’t help resolve the problem at all. I was willing to drive all the way back to the store so that I can have the salad that I paid for with almonds but nope Chick-fil-A was having none of that. Really poor customer service and Gavin who identified himself as a manager needs to take some problem-solving and customer service classes. Gavin I want it almonds with my kale salad that is literally kale and almonds. It shouldn’t be that hard So I mentioned that if they’re out of things they should educate people and literally he had no response to...

I’ve asked before and never had an issue but asked for them to just pour half of the milkshake I was ordering into a 2nd cup so my little ones weren’t drinking full cups of milkshakes. And I was told to go to a different location by the guy working the window at 3 o’clock today. And then the manager came and said we don’t do that because we don’t want to put our hands in the milkshake not really sure how that could happen but they were really rude about it. Could’ve care less to be nice and give us good customer service. It takes one second to pour the milkshake into a 2nd cup, so I don’t don’t have to do it in my car. Don’t go here. Per them you should go to a different location. So I will
This is the 3rd time my order has been wrong at this location. When I called today and spoke to Joslin, she acted like I was such an inconvenience and was trying to hurry me off the phone. She said I’ll add a sandwich on your app…. My response was, thanks I’ll use it at a different location. She then said “not my problem “ When I asked her if she had just said that her comment back to me was “ I was talking to someone else”…
Honestly just an apology would’ve been nice which she also did not give it was more of do you want to come in or not, no great I’ll give you a free sandwich. She could have cared less that I told her this was the 3rd time.
I didn’t call the other two times because I know mistakes...
