My wife called this Noodles and Company on Halloween evening. A woman took the order for five different dishes. The final dish ordered had specific instructions due to a dairy intolerance. Once the woman on the phone heard that the final order was special for a dairy intolerance, she said that this order would need to go through a manager. After waiting a couple of minutes, my wife spoke with the manager. I believe his name was Manuel. He was immediately very curt. At the end of her order with him, she asked two questions: How long until the order is ready? Did you get the items I already ordered? He hung up on her.
My wife goes to the store on 121st and they hand her the one dairy intolerant dish. She says that she has ordered five other items. At this point, Manuel comes out and tells her she didn't order any other dishes. Remember, she had provided the order of the five dishes to the woman prior to Manuel getting on the phone. Manuel than proceeds to tell her that she must of called the other Broomfield store. Of course, this does not make sense given that they have the dairy intolerant dish ready. He than demands that she shows him the number on her phone. She complies and the number on the phone matches this store. Even though the 121st Noodles have made the dairy intolerant dish (which proves she called the correct store) and checked her phone, the manager is determined that he is correct. He then proceeds to call the other Broomfield store to verify if they have my wife's order. Of course, they do not. He then rudely says to my wife, "What do you want?" He takes her order and walks away without an apology. We were shocked at the manager's determination that he was going to prove my wife wrong when it was obvious she called the correct store. She thought they might even comp her something, but she didn't even receive an apology from the manager. There was a nice high school kid that saw the entire episode and he did apologize. I believe Manuel may not be fit to be customer facing or may need some customer service classes. We love Noodles & Company. Even though this store is right around the corner, we will go to the location off of 104th...
ย ย ย Read moreThis is the 3rd night in a row that we thought we would give Noodles & Company on 121st Ave on Broomfield a chance, 1st night, my husband went in to place his order and nobody waited on him, so he left, last night he went and his food was fine he ordered me the Butter Noodles and I about fell over when I opened the large black container which was only 1/2 from the bottom and the bottom of the container and they considered it a full meal, I had him take it back, they did nothing not even a sorry and just gave him his money back. So tonight the final straw, he brings home both of our meals, again mine Butter Noodles, this time full to the top, WOW I thought but as soon as I took a bite the noodles were mush, and I mean horrible mush in my mouth, so @ 8:47 P.M. I call them and the phone says for other calls press #2 and so I did and the phone just rang and rang until it looped itself around again with the same messages, of course they close @ 9:00 P.M. So I did not get a chance to talk to anyone, so tomorrow my husband is going to take this mush back to them again, also I might note it's his Birthday WOW Noodles you sure know how to shine. I will continue to post this as this is not the 1st time we have had this issue, must be no Managers on duty? I must say this is poor Customer Service๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ก๐ก๐ก Not to mention the...
ย ย ย Read moreDon't plan on getting a clean welcome environment. Came in one hour before closing. If I would have known not to come in I would have gone to a more friendly location. I can now understand why everyone else who came in had to go orders. The chairs were put up at 8:04pm the floor is a mess. I ordered the chicken noodle soup as a side with my Macaroni and cheese. Only one working soda machine the other working machine was out of Dr. Pepper. 8:25pm they took the tray the holds the drinks out of the machines. The chicken in the chicken noodle soup was hard and not fresh. A bit rough exterior. Felt very rushed. I'm not against them getting the place ready to close but everything has a time to be done. It takes 5 minutes to put the chairs up, one minute to empty the trays to the soda machines. You can get the lobby cleaned in 10 minutes. We should have taken the hint when the door on right side was locked. Sorry for...
