I am a DoorDash Delivery Driver. I am not rating this based on the food but the experience of walking into this location.
Experiance is everything. If you dont leave a lasting impression you won't have repeat customers. I myself, will not come here on my off days.
I did not appreciate the initial walk in. I was not greeted. The staff was very lackadaisical.
The order was still being prepared when I walked in. I had to step out to go to my car several times while waiting. Waiting is fine. I was thinking, "Okay this customer is getting a fresh hot meal and a nice cold shake". I go in, a cup is there but the meal isn't ready. I was hoping the cup wasn't for me. Then I come in again. The meal is ready. And the cup was for my customer. The cold shake was made before the meal was done. It looked like chocolate milk. I thought they gave me chocolate milk instead so I went back in and told them the customer wanted a chocolate shake not chocolate milk. They told me that was a shake. They said it was there for about 10 minutes(not true) and it melts over time(okay well make a customer happy with a good shake you'd want to drink). So I asked them to remake it for the customer. She made it again and it was actually worse than the first one. She lied to my face about how it melted. It was made like a frosty chocolate milk.
I am very disappointed in the way the staff handled the situation and the near unwillingness. They are not thinking about the customers.
Why would you serve a customer something you wouldn't be happy to have delivered to your home on your day off? Why would you serve a customer something you, yourself would not be happy to receive?
I would not recommend this location to anyone because they are not creating an experience worth having.

Read moreMy wife picked up dinner from this location on 7/25/2023. One of the burgers was ordered “ALL THE WAY” which gives me all the toppings I love. Unfortunately, when she got home we discovered that my hamburger had none of the delicious toppings I love. I called and spoke with Zach, one of the managers at the location. Zach offered to remake the burger so I could come back and get a fresh burger. As it was too late to return before they closed because of the distance we live from the location, Zach offered a gift card good for another burger and some fries. I just returned today 7/27/2023 and picked up my burger. Zach came out of his office and made sure everyone knew about the situation and I was taken care of very well. I can’t say enough about how professional Zach and the crew responded. Top Notch Service! Way to go crew. The crew: Zach, Evan, Mariah, & I think it was Bev or Biv. I’m sorry if I botched the last persons name. I’m a little hard of hearing sometimes. Bottom line: GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE that is an example for all the other businesses out there!!! Way to go!!

Read moreUpdate: gotta remove a few stars based on recent visits. Speed of service has slowed. The fountain drink machines are often out of many flavors. Other supplies are often low or gone (e.g., drink lids).
Previous review (2020) : I really like Five Guys as among the best quick service burger restaurants out there, so it doesn't take much from them to please me.
With that said, I particularly like this location despite it being a little tricky to get into if you're coming eastbound on 120th. The last time I went there I was greeted by an all-female staff, which I thought was really cool. Granted, after several minutes, several other crew members came in from various places, all presumably on a break or whatnot. There were males and females among those returning crew members, but the original staff of women handled my order themselves.
I have seen the manager working there many times. He's a bit gruff and when things get busy or hectic you can see his stress come out in ways that many might not consider particularly friendly.
