QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Broomfield

When I walked in I immediately got greeted with someone barking "NAME??" at me. No hello, no welcome in, just assuming I had a pick up order (I didn't, which they'd know if they did anything more than yell at me when I walked in the door!) I said I was just looking at the menu for a second. When I went up to order I told them my entree and meat the girl really rushed through, not really even letting me speak and just asking "beans?? Rice?? Queso??" I also told her I wanted pickled jalapenos and they gave a whole heap of pickled onions like they weren't even listening. Would correct her but she seemed to already have an attitude and I was done with the rudeness.

I go to pay and they just rang me up and walked away, I said "thanks, have a good one" and got totally ignored. I was put off by the lack of customer service but I thought whatever, fine, until I got home and my pinto beans were crunchy?? Like some were cooked and some are hard as a rock. Makes me wonder if they're rotating the product enough or just not even bothering to cook it properly. Save your money and don't come here. Genuinely the worst QDoba...

I stopped by to pick up a couple Burritos to go 5:00 ish Thursday 4/4/24 as Qdoba had messaged about National Burrito Day & the offer of buy one get one free. (Of note I patronize Qdoba on non special offer day’s as well.)

I walked in and had expected the store would be very busy due to the promotion & thought to myself if too busy perhaps I would just leave. While there was a long line, the store was more than adequately staffed , seemingly with extra staff & all very busy working to please everyone The entire staff was smiling & working together as a Team to do the best they could to move customers thru the order line & checkout process. I was pleasantly surprised & thankful as honestly I had thought is it worth a crowd & long wait just in order to get a free burrito & perhaps I should just walk back out as I was not in mood for a long ordeal for a couple burrito’s. The Burritos were made carefully as well & not a messed rushed product....

I don't like to write bad reviews but the service that my family and I received tonight was truly abysmal. I have received good service at this Qdoba before, so I know that it could have been much better. first of all, all of the food was either burnt or undercooked. every single topping I ordered besides lettuce and meat was missing on my tacos. the guacamole was brown, tasteless, and full of huge avocado chunks so hard and underripe that none of us could even chew them. the taco shells were stale as well. the only person working there didn't even say a single word to my partner when they came in to pick the order up. if they had just apologized and offered us a refund because they were clearly out of all kinds of ingredients, we would have understood, but instead we were given a half-baked order with no customer service to be found. I'm not happy with the service we received and I'm not sure if we'll come back to this Qdoba in the future...
