I ordered online on 4/15/23 at 6:40 PM. It assigned me order number 966 and said it would be ready in 45 minutes. I arrived at 7:25 PM To find 6 other people in the small lobby waiting on orders and complaining about the wait. There were 3 employees; an elderly gentlemen that was cutting and boxing up the occasional pizza, a young red headed girl toiling away at making orders, and a short dark haired woman constantly talking to the others and trying to figure out how backed up they were. After 15 minutes of being ignored, I politely yelled back "Excuse me, can I ask if you have started my order yet?" The very frustrated and overwhelmed woman said "You need to wait. All these other people are a head of you." A customer that was there before me said "They are short staffed. They said half the staff didn't show up." After 30 minutes of waiting the young woman came up and asked for everyone's name and order number. During this wait, 2 seperate people yelled cancel my order and left and 2 more customers that had been waiting on home delivery for over 2 hours showed up to complain. At 8:05 PM we were all assured our orders were in the oven and would be ready soon. The older male employee then left to go deliver pizzas. I again attempted to inquire on my order status. I was told it would be up soon. At 8:15 PM I was asked what I ordered. I said "Excuse me, you told me my order was almost up. She then informed me they were confused and hadn't made it yet. I demanded a refund. The youngdark haired woman rudely refunded my money and offered to make my order for free. I declined based on the fact she was touching food, the register, money, and cooked food with her bare hands and not washing them between transactions. I want to be clear that I am not upset with the employees, but rather the owner and general manager that have failed to train their employees, staff properly, or plan for emergency situations. The poor staff was so overwhelmed and stressed out I am surprised they stayed at work. Read moreOrdered pizza from Broomfield location, spoke to Jaden said the order would be about an hour that was at 6:30 pm. I gave him him address and name the apartment complex everything seemed fine, as 7:30 pm passed I was thinking maybe they are busy no worry they should be here shorty.
At 7:45 pm I called and checked on the status of my order, the person who answered the phone said they are running behind since are short on drivers. What’s amazing he did ask me my name address, yet the exuse was already a premeditated of a lie. After he asked my name and said oh the driver should be there shortly another lie, since I asked what that meant he said 5 or 10 minutes.
I called again at 8:20 since there was no delivery spoke to Jaden once again, lied agin stating they had a driver shortage, once again without asking my address and name. Once Jaden received my information and I told him I had been waiting approximately 2 hours for the delivery he passed me over the manager.
The manager stated same lie again about the driver problem, she asked for address and she stated the driver could not find the complex. I explained to her there are only 2 different complexes one left and one on the right. I proceeded to explain to her when the order was place name of he complex and location on the left side to Jaden.
The big take away from this is lack of customer service, no problem solving, no empathy, didn’t want to do anything, no I am sorry, no nothing. I as the customer had to ask for my money back and ask for a credit.

I called to have pizza delivered had a coupon code HD5791 which was $15.99 for a large 2-Topping pizza & CheezyBread and I asked for an extra garden salad on the side. I used my card to pay for my order and gave a tip. Once they showed up with my pizza the delivery driver rang doorbell and left pizza and salad in the snow. He or she was already in vehicle before I could even answer the door. They didn't leave our cheezybread so I called and asked to speak with a manager. He preceeded to answer the phone without giving me his name then was rude to me when I tried telling him about the delivery drivers leaving my pizza in the snow( it not like it even took my a minute to get to my front door. I tried telling the manager that I didn't receive our bread and he kept arguing with my that the coupon was $10.00 off only! He kept preceding to argue with me so I nicely told him I will go ahead and leave an honest review. (I wouldn't reccomend having Marco's pizza delivered or pickup. They are flat out RUDE!
