Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Broomfield

First time here, I ordered a small coffee and when I got to the register the young cashier was trying to charge me for a large, when I asked for the small (again) instead, she laughed and said we always default to large and changed it back. Next thing I know as I take my first sip while on the highway, I have a mouth full of soapy coffee in my mouth. I arrived to my destination and opened the lid and found bubbles in there. I called to tell them about this. The same girl answers the phone and I can hear her giggling. She says offered to remake it. I was already a ways away and by now pretty upset about the experience. I asked for a refund. This was so unprofessional and disgusting. I am still shocked after 45minutes, I can’t get this soap take out of my mouth. This has got to be one of my most favorite coffee stops. I stopped at this place at least 3 times a week on my way to work and they always remember my order. I decided one day to try something different something off menu and they were able to come up with a creation that is now my new favorite drink. The staff is so friendly and that really goes a long way especially in the early morning hours. Highly recommend this place to all coffee lovers.

I ordered a drink here and was told my total by the barista at the window. I was never given anything to sign or a receipt for my transaction but thought nothing of it. That is until I checked my bank account and realized the barista gave herself a tip WITHOUT my knowledge and ended up over drafting my bank account which resulted in me getting a fee.

The drink itself was yummy, and I would have been happy to leave a tip for the barista if I was the one choosing to do so. I am extremely disappointed that I can no longer trust my local...
