Let me tell you exactly about my taco bell experience. My friend and I went on a Sunday morning at 10:48 AM. We went through the drive through, ordered waffle tacos, and proceeded to wait, at the window, for 17 minutes. While we could see the boy at the window, he never once opened it to tell us what was going on or why it was taking so long or even offer us free drinks for having to sit in the car in 82 degree weather with no information at all. Meanwhile, it was hot and miserable in that car, as my friend and I were ravenous and sweaty at this point and getting more and more irritated as the informationless wait continued. We had to roll down all the windows, as the car was slowly depleting of gas and we didn't want to get carbon monoxide poisoning from the never ending waiting. We were, however, enjoying the scenery (mildly, as the scenery is not good enough to compensate for the flagrantly disrespectful wait that we were experiencing). There were some bunnies playing in the small grassy area and the sun was glinting and glimmering off the inevitable broken glass scattered all over the drive through (way to go, Taco Bell clientele). Anyway, our dog in the back seat saw a bunny, flew out of the back window (which had to be rolled down as we were all dying of heatstroke--still no information) landed on a shard of glass and sliced her foot LITERALLY in half. Now there is blood everywhere and sweat everywhere and for god's sake all we wanted were some waffle tacos and we really didn't set out to replicate the second half of 300 that morning but I guess we did anyway. Finally we get the waffle tacos. Disgusting. The ice in the drinks had melted. The dog was bleeding. We had to speed (the car is almost out of gas at this point) to the nearest vet where the total bill ended up close to $1200. Most expensive, and atrocious, breakfast ever. Several weeks later we go to a Rockies game. The rockies lose. But we pretty much spend the entire time cheering for them to reach 7 points so we can get the 4/$1 taco deal. We've decided to give Taco Bell another chance. perhaps regain some of the money we lost on the dog. But wouldn't you know it--Taco Bell, in all their "glory," has changed the deal to 4 tacos for $2. Is this even a deal? I can get a whole package of generic laxatives for $1.50 at King Soopers and have just about the same outcome (sans shards of glass).
Taco Bell. Shame on you. If I could give you negative infinity stars, I would.
Don't go here. I don't care how high you are. Best case scenario, it isn't worth it. Worst case scenario-- you could spend $1200 on the worst waffle taco you will ever eat and $30 in toilet...
Read moreI don't ever leave reviews for restaurants but I'm honestly so fed up with this location's constant errors. I get we're all human and we make mistakes but every single time I've come here SOMETHING has gone wrong. Missing food or inedible food are the typical issues I encounter. I won't go into previous issues as that is the past and it isn't fresh in my mind. Tonight I went to this location and planned to order nachos, which we found out were not available. Cool, I get it. XBox special box event or something. I ended up picking the steak quesadilla instead because I am familiar with it and enjoy it. I also ordered two beef crunchy tacos & a large pink lemonade for myself and my fiancé ordered his food which was a steak quesarito and a soft beef taco supreme with another pink lemonade. Once we got home, which is less than a 2 minute drive, we opened the contents of our food bag.We found that they did not provide us with a steak quesadilla like we ordered, but a chicken quesarito. No where in our order did we ever mention the word 'chicken'. Neither of us wanted chicken. I was pretty upset but remembered that I also ordered the two tacos. I figured I'd eat those and just toss out the chicken quesarito. I know what the typical Taco Bell beef crunchy taco looks and tastes like. These were not it. Just holding the tacos within their paper packaging I could tell there was something wrong with them. They were extremely thin and were mushy to about halfway up the shell. I unwrapped both tacos and was greeted with probably the most unappetizing food I'd ever received from a fast food restaurant. The two tacos had little to no lettuce or cheese on them and what little amount they did contain was smushed and combined with the cold and somewhat slimy meat. You could tell they were definitely not fresh, not that I expected them to be anyway. You couldn't taste any individual ingredient but instead one very salty, partially slimy, meat component with soggy strands of lettuce and I guess cheese? Couldn't tell. I was able to get a bite out of one taco and decided it was inedible. My fiancé's food was mostly edible but definitely lacking in heat. Everything was cold. Again, the ride home is a short 2 minute drive and absolutely not enough time for food that should be hot to cool down. $18.59 down the drain. Thanks Taco Bell.
Extremely disappointed. I will not be returning to this location as I've had enough with the poor service & I most likely won't be eating at this...
Read moreWhen I pulled up to this location I noticed the drive thru was backed up. So I decided to go inside. I only wanted a chicken quesadilla. When walked in I noticed that was a guy walking around taking pictures. I thought that was a little strange. When I got up to order and started to look around I noticed more as to why he was. The lady that took my order was nice but I could tell she was a little frazzled. Looked back in the kitchen and noticed it was a complete disaster. There was food and broken taco shells everywhere. As I was waiting for my order, several other orders were taken that had drinks. As the lady at the counter was handing out cups. Customers would got to the drink counter to fill there drinks. None of the drinks were working. It was even brought to their attention and they still did nothing the 15-20 mins I was there. The napkins were empty, the sauces were out and the counters were sticky. Also while I was waiting noticed that there were several cars in the drive through that were so upset and sick of waiting that they just drove through with out stopping at the window. When I finally got my order, I just grabbed it and left. Went out to my car to check it. It was a chicken quesadilla, they are pretty easy to make. It had not sauce on it and did not look appetizing. It was not worth my time to go in and complain. I don't know if I just caught them on a bad night or what. But it was bad. I hope who ever manages that Taco Bell can help their employees get it together. I did end up going to the Taco Bell off of 136th and Zuni instead. It was a complete opposite experience. Only one or two cars in the the drive through, seemed busy inside, was in the drive thru for maybe 7 mins total. My quesadilla was great. I will not be going to the 120th Broomfield location...
