Stopped by to get a sandwich to split with a friend. They didn't understand that we wanted one order but to spit the sandwich, we got the footlong tuna. The person working there hardly put any tuna on the sandwich and whatever toppings we asked them to put in the sandwich, they like sprinkled the toppings rather than have them overlap each other to fill up the whole thing. Very stingy and very greedy, I won't be coming here again.
It looks like they don't value customers when they come in to support the business, they rather pinch from the service than to make the customers happy. I have been to a lot of Subways but this one was one of the few places I have been to where I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience. It's a shame because I love subway and people like that ruin the experience and make you not want to support them.
If they care about this branch, I would strongly suggest they focus on service and put a generous amount of toppings for their customers and not steal from what people came to pay for because anyone would feel cheated and ripped off to be honest. I hope that if they are smart enough, they would reconsider the quality and quantity of service before...
Read moreThis subway is run by a family and they seriously need to reconsider their employee choices. Their son doesn't care he put double cheese on my sandwich and I didn't want that much. Then his father had to step in to finish my sub because he didn't know what goes on a subway club. They put way too much onions and condiments on my sub. Even when I said light mustard they went over it 3 times. If you ask to have it remade they will get upset and say that's how you ordered it. This is the third time this has happened. First time I asked for the salt pepper mix on my sub, they opened up salt packets (which has a ton of salt in them) and dumped them on my meatball sub. It was inedible. When I gave them the sub back and asked for a refund (I took 2 bites) they told me they don't give refunds and it's my fault since I asked for salt and pepper. Any other locations will just sprinkle it on with the can shaker. They open up packets then dump it on. Their vegetables are not fresh. You can see in the containers. That's probably why only family members work here. They do not hold a high standard for freshness or how they make the sandwiches. The only customers you see in there are high...
Read moreHaving one rediculously slow employee on a weekend afternoon is unacceptable. It took him 15 minutes to make 2 subs and he had no clue what the different types of subs were, or even what the types of meat were. He had to start over on my sandwich twice after I had to correct him on igredients. The sub was so sloppily made I could barely eat it without needing a knife and fork. He was so stoned out of his mind he could barely talk. The second employee hid in the back the entire time even when there was a line. The employee walked away before my payment was even confirmed via the credit card machine, I could have walked out without paying. The subs that the sign in the window claims were "stolen" recently were probably customers that were sick of waiting endlessly for an employee to take care of their payment. I don't know if I have ever seen such a level of "not give a s*" from...
