Poor, Slow, and Rude Service.
I waited in the drive-thru behind someone ordering or waiting to order for several minutes before becoming frustrated, backed out of the drive-thru, and parked in the parking lot. Upon entering, there were only 2 other customers who were eating in and had already ordered, 1 vehicle at the drive-thru window and the other car that had been ahead of me, probably still ordering or waiting to order. There were 6 employees working. After ordering a single and large fries, I waited at the counter for 7 minutes before asking someone where my single was. He stated that it had been removed from the screen and I then waited another 3 minutes before finally getting the single. During this time, I watched employees "standup play wrestle" with one another as I waited. One customer in the dining room came to the counter and requested new fries because the ones he was served were apparently cold. These were thrown into a bin next to the fresh fries rather than in the garbage.
I asked the manager if I could speak to the franchisee regarding the clown show that I had just experienced to which the "manager" told me to call "Vicky" at the store. When I asked for the store number, the "manager" told me to look it up online. When I then asked the "manager" for his name, he stated, "I don't have to give that to you." Since I had no way of identifying him in the future, other than his nose ring, his picture is below. He obviously did not take the customer service concerns seriously given his snarky thumbs up pose.
I'm not sure what type of customer service Wendy's prides itself on, but in my view, this is the bottom of the barrel. I will never eat at this Wendy's again and given that corporate Wendy's committed to having a district manager call me back, which has not yet happened, I will be eating at someplace other than Wendy's in the future. Read moreI've been to this Wendy's a few time and haven't had any problems. Last night a few friends and I went through the drive through. When we got to the window one of my friends asked if it was possible to add an extra small fry to the order. The girl that was at the window Kayla was very rude and must have misunderstood because she looked at the receipt and was like you already have one. We explained that we were asking if it was possible to add another to the order. That seemed to really piss her off because she apparently didn't know how to add it and had to ask someone else.
Once we asked she slammed the sliding door at us. Once the food was ready she practically threw our food at us. We had ordered drinks which she failed to give us so I waited there expecting her to hand them to us. He opened the door and says "what do you want?" I simply told her that we were missing our drink, which she then quickly handed us and slammed the door once again.
After forgetting our drinks we decided that it was a good idea to make sure that our order was complete upon going through all the bags we noticed that a small salad was missing so we tried to get her attention. She was once again rude and informed us that they would have to make the salad. Once it was made she rudely shoved it at me and slammed the door again.
By the time we left a long line had been created when at first we were the only one's there. She created an unnecessary problem. We left without the small fry that we had originally ordered.
All four of us in the car have had experience in the food industry. It doesn't matter how bad of a day you are having you never treat a customer in such a rude manner. I have never had such a bad experience and have someone act so rudely towards me in a restaurant.

Read morePicked up lunch here yesterday and went back to work to eat at my desk. Get halfway through my soggy fries to find a screw in the container.
Tried multiple times to call and speak with a manager, but their phone was busy the entire afternoon. I even called the next closest location to confirm the number, and they also were unable to reach the store.
After work, I drove out of my way to stop by and talk to a manager in person. She claimed to call the GM but was unable to reach her. They asked me to wait indefinitely while they wait for a call back from the GM.
Sure, they offered a refund and some free food, but I explained that I no longer trust the food there and the refund was no longer sufficient considering I had to drive 20 minutes out of the way to go there in person since they were having phone issues.
Thing was, the manager didn't come back out. Instead, she sent the biggest guy working there to try to intimidate me into going to go sit in a corner for an undisclosed amount of time while we waited for the call.
Not only that, when they offered to let me leave and contact me later, they wouldn't give the bag and screw back so I could retain the evidence for later.
Finally, I left them my contact info and was told they'd call me back as soon as they hear from the GM. Needless to say, I never heard...
