Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Brownsville

Really Bad quality management. I am editing my review based on my mothers day experience. I was in the bakery getting my mother a tiered decorated came. The first two times we returned the cake because she handed the cake to me in a “shoving” way that ruined the frosting. The second time she came out again “fixed it” oit looked like she wiped it. The third time my husband went and demanded it to be fixed 3 more times. She was completely lost, not knowing what to do. Took many customers at a time. We waited 1 hours for our cake to be fixed and still, she will continue to ruin it at hand off, like I said kinda throwing it at us and walked away quickly before I could say something. She needs to learn better customer service and to work under pressure because it seemed like she was done. Really like these cakes but very disappointed with her service. We visited the store and ordered two bundtlets, Tori was the cashier. She was courteous and once I presented a company emailed birthday coupon she completely changed her demeanor, asked to see my ID and couldn't hide her displeasure to see it was in fact my birthday. Tori girl, learn to tell your face. She definitely was more interested in interacting with the person behind us who was buying a more expensive item.
