Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Brownsville

Ordered through the app for delivery . Ordered a WORKS and got a cheese pizza the box says works. Called the store LUIS the manager said that he saw the mistake while boxing it and still let the pizza out like that. I asked for my pizza he said it would take 1 1/2hours to deliver . That was not acceptable he said that I was not a priority and that it was out of his control.. I told him I want my pizza but not in that time frame it was the stores mistake or his after admitting to seeing the mix up .. he said he would get it as soon as he can .. call ended. Less than 1min later he calls back even more Rude and said he is denying my request and refunding me for the pizza. Saying I was not a priority and will not send the pizza. Very bad experience. I live 5 minutes away in a new subdivision. It took them over an hour to deliver. The driver said the GPS took him to the other side of town.
