First off, I've always loved KFC. It always reminds me of my dad because it was his favorite place, so I'm very familiar with it as I've frequented it for 30+ years. I first went into the bathroom which was disgusting. It looks likes it hasn't been cleaned all week. It's the kind of disgusting where you don't wanna touch the handle to flush, and you're better off not washing your hands. I used paper towels to turn on/off the water and dispense the soap. I ordered my usual 2pc, breast and a wing, with mashed potatoes and an extra side of mac and cheese, and I was shocked that it was more than $10! I ordered the lunch special at the cotton patch for less including tip! Well, I originally ordered it for dine in, but as she was getting my order together, I glanced into the dining room and saw that it was just as disgusting as the bathroom. There was so much food and unknown debris everywhere I immediately asked her to please make it to go. To top off this horrible experience, the food was dry. Dry chicken, dry mac and cheese, dry mashed potatoes. The only thing that was good was the biscuit. Super disappointing and very unsatisfactory. Will not be going back...
Read moreDO NOT Eat here.. my family just stopped in to get a bite to eat at 8:50 pm.. whoever was working the pm shift on Aug. 10th was freaking RUDE!! That person told my family that they were closing the lobby and for them to go through the drive thru. My family was passing thru from out of town and wanted to just get something quick to eat before getting on the road for another 100 or so miles. So, they left and didn't go through the drive thru but went somewhere else to eat, somewhere who was happy to have their business. I tried to call 3 times starting at 9:05 after getting a phone call that they were going somewhere else to eat and of course no one would answer the phone. I am calling the regional and cooperate office to let them know they need to FIRE everyone that was working that night bc they know nothing about customer service! I have read all the other reviews and sounds like this maybe a normal day for these employees which very unexcepatable on food service levels. I didn't even want to rate 1 star but had not choice.. if I can't spend money here then I will say stay away from this establishment and that the best finger licking good advice...
Read moreThe manager Lexi was more concerned with customers that may come in within the next hour. Ordered 2 8pc originals she stated she only had 1 original and one extra crispy from the kitchen. When I asked how log it would be for more to be ready she said 1 hour. I asked how many could she do for the second and the rest in crispy. She stated 8 and 8. I said oh you only have 8 originals to which she stated for the special I only have 1 origional and 1 extra crispy. I would completely be fine with there not being any more than 8 pcs left, but to limit how many I could have so it wouldn't show her poor managerial skills when she didn't have any for a potential customer within that hour waiting for more. The other employees were kind and apologetic and along with the quality of food will be why I continue to visit this chain location. She definetly could use more training. As I don't know her experience and she may be new to management in the customer service field. I would assume corporate wouldn't condone putting possible future customers satisfaction over a customer that is there at the moment just because they were ordering what was on special...
