I ordered pizza from Attilio's for the very last time. Horrible pizza & customer service. The pizza was delivered 45 minutes late by an Attilio's driver. I had to call & ask where our pizza was & had to wait another 25 minutes before the pizza was delivered. I completely understand if they were busy and were running behind. Just let me know as a common courtesy. I never received any calls. When the pizza was finally delivered, no apology was given due to the inconvenience and the driver didn't even bring up a pen for me to sign the credit card slip. The pizza crust was burnt & hard as a rock. The pizza itself was greasy. It appears the pizza has cheese, but if you look closer, it's only soggy bread. I completely lost my appetite. I called & spoke to the manager at Attilio's. I would have been fine with a credit in the future when everyone has a better day. A credit was not even an option. The manager didn't seem to care & again, no apology was given. She said if I wanted a refund, I would need to bring up the pizza for only a $5.00 refund?? (I paid over $20+) or I can get a new pizza but I would have to give them back my pizza. Are you kidding me? It took another hour to receive the new pizza. This chain of events was bad customer service from...
Read moreWhen we moved here in 1998, Attillio's was the place to get pizza in town on the south side. While rehabbing my house before moving in, I ate something from their place every night. Currently, the owners seem to have stopped investing in the business inside the store. Kinda sad and decrepit, even dingy. Compared to Fat Bob's across the parking lot, Atillio's has lost their focus, lost interest in keeping up the store, and seem to focus on being the supplier of cheap sheet pizzas for kids parties. I know we see them in the schools all the time when pizza is served, and at this point, I just pass them up. We appreciate the community support, but the place needs a facelift before I will ever bring the family inside again.
C'mon, Atillio's, come back to your former glory and take pride...
Read moreI have lived in Brunswick for many years. Just recently, I saw Attilio's mentioned on the Brunswick Facebook group, where it received rave reviews. So, we decided to give it a try, and WOW, we were not disappointed! I would say it is some of the best pizza available in Brunswick. Far too often, other local pizza places don't bake their pizzas enough. They arrive doughy, and the crust is soggy. Attilio's pizza was perfect, with a crust that was just right—not too overdone, not soggy, and with a little bit of crunch! We tried the taco pizza and a custom CPMT. I would eat both again on purpose! They were...
