McDonald's — Restaurant in Brunswick

McDonald's is the worst food establishment that I have ever been to! They have messed up my order so many times the entire country of America does not have enough fingers to count how many times that is. And, even when they have gotten my order correct, there is always a large lack of quality in the food itself. Whenever I am hungry and go there to order food, the service is so slow that I have to bring food to snack on while I’m waiting or I would starve to death. Sometimes, I actually used a timer to time how long it takes them to wait on me and give me my food. One time, it took over thirty minutes… Literally! On one of my many disastrous visits, I ordered two summer drinks to enjoy during the hot day. By the time when I made it to the final window, my two drinks were sitting in front of the window with no one there to give them to me. When I saw an employee coming, I was relieved thinking he was going to give me my drinks; that did not happen. Instead, he took what looked like the dirtiest cleaning mop and held it over my drinks to begin cleaning the window. I then saw dirty water begin to trickle onto the lids of my drinks, soon entering into the drinks themselves. That was so disgusting that I do not know how the board of health has not shut them down for that. On another one of my catastrophical visits, the line was extending all the way around the building because the service was so slow. Since that was nothing new for them, I was not surprised. I got in line (against my better judgement) and I ordered their chocolate chip cookies. When it came time for me to be getting my food, there was one car in front of the pickup window. That car sat there for at least five minutes without being asked to pull up to the waiting area. I thought that it was ridiculous for me to have to sit there waiting to get my food because the car would not pull up. When they finally moved on, I went up to the window and was immediately asked to go to the waiting area. I thought that was ridiculous because the car in front of me literally sat there for five minutes waiting to get their food, but yet I had to pull up. They told me it would take two minutes for me to get my cookies… I waited in that car so long, I was stupefied with the amount of time that had passed. I eventually had to go inside to ask them what was taking so long. When I got in there, I saw my cookies sitting in a bad on the table. When I questioned them about it, they said, “Oh, I’m sorry. I forgot about you.” That was terrible customer service. Everything about this location is bad: the service, the health code violations, the food quality, etc… And, yet another issue that I face when I come here is the question of whether or not they will be open. There have been so many times that I’ve arrived and have seen some sort of sign on the window that says, “Sorry, we are closed early because we are scheduled to fix a broken machine.” To me, just stay open and fix it after hours... not during the business day when people drive out of their way just to see that you’ve closed. Please do not tell me that the entire McDonalds cannot function because one machine is down. Another issue that I always have is with the cookies. Whenever I order their cookies, I receive a vague reply from them stating, “We’re out of cookies... pull over and wait for them. It’ll only take a couple minutes.” First if all, it always takes them longer than a couple minutes. Second of all, just have the cookies ready. That’s why it’s called fast food, so you don’t have to wait! Yet another disappointment was when I ordered two cheeseburgers without onions and pickles. On the order screen it says, “no onions & no pickles.” I thought I would be ok, but with this McDonalds I can never be sure. Therefore, when I picked my food up at the window, I made a special point of asking the lady if there were pickles and onions on the burger. She said no, so I was happy because I had somewhere I had to be at a certain time. So as I was on the road, I opened my burgers up to find them infested with onions...

Total morons...have an issue EVERY time. I eat here at least 4 times a week for the last two months. I hate it. The people make me stand there waiting to order at least 3 or 4 minutes every time. The managers are no better. They stand there and just look at me waiting to order, too busy chatting with friends to pick up any slack, or even tell someone to take an order. I'm not even exaggerating, seriously a f#$% show every time. The crew is composed of mostly young teens. Totally unfocused and only concerned with gossiping or flirting with each other every time I have been there. Four people will be at the front, not one will take an order, i suppose they're "busy." After 5 minutes, someone comes from the back to take an order. Meanwhile the other 4 people, including the manager just continue to stand around or look "busy." The focus of this entire establishment is definitely not on the guests. I have complained to corporate before, no change at all. They need a nearly complete overhaul of the employee roster. Today a young guy was kindly following my request to bag items separately, only for some moron young girl to come over and undue what he had done and throw it all back in the same bag. For months I have tolerated these morons, after tonight, I had to snap. This place is ridiculous, anyone to say otherwise is a fool. I eat here several times a week and I dine in. Sadly they don't even recognize me. I'm there everyday, waiting 4 minutes to order, they f&%$ my order up over half the time, and I never complain. Like I said, they're too busy gossiping and f#$%ing off to notice much of anything. Eat some where else and save yourselves the frustration of dealing with...

The managers and staff here are very racist towards African American. I have been here multiple times with my children and treated unfairly for example they would leave our food at the county but serve the whites their food at their table another experience I had was a manager talking about me saying she can’t stand when I come in I’m always using the McDonald’s application they will make me stand for ten minutes just to get my children’s food and when I get their food it’s cold or not good quality when I complain about it the managers would make up lies saying I didn’t ask for what I asked for when I specifically said I would wait for fresh food the staff didn’t care about customer service very rude the only reason I went there is because it was the only fast food local that my son with special needs love to go to last couple encounters hair was in my sandwich this place is no good they called the cops on me and banned me because I fought for my rights of equal service the owner has his family members there and they mistreat...
