Romeo's Pizza — Restaurant in Brunswick

The customer service at the Brunswick store is terrible!! We ordered a pizza - the pizza was late as heck!! We never left an instruction for the pizza. It took 2 hours for the pizza to get to us, and my ADT alerted me that there was activity on my porch. The driver left the COLD PIZZA on my porch and my husband caught him getting in the car and he said he was sorry he was so late. His plan was to say he delivered the pizza and we waited to get it, is why it was cold. Well we call Romeos and they said they would credit my husband and give him a free pizza the next time he came in. He went back in a couple days later and no one remembered what was said on the phone when he called in. We will never go to Romeos ever again. And I will tell everyone I know. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THIS....

I would give zero stars if possible. Complete lack of customer service or care with this place. After waiting 2 hours for a delivery I called to be told my order was for pick up(I typed in and confirmed my address for delivery In the app). I was hung up on the first call after being transferred to Justin. I called back and spoke with Justin who told me that his ticket said it was a pick up order. Rather than work with me on an option to make things right, I was dismissed. I asked for some options and was told they would not deliver the food but I could get a credit, that credit has never been issued. So I got terrible service, no pizza, charged for nothing, and hung up on a second time by Justin. Don’t waste your time or money...

We order from Romeo's (Brunswick) often since we moved here a few years ago and I have nothing but good things to say about them and their pizza. We love their pizza - it's well balanced. Not too much sauce and not too much cheese (which I find myself surprised to say as a cheese lover). Their sauce has a sweetness to it that we enjoy, and the crust isn't overly doughy or thick. It's also not a super greasy pizza, which is important to me. Romeo's also has delicious garlic bread and cheese bread sticks. The stromboli and other items I've had over the years have also been great. Finally, the Romeo's drivers are legit nice and friendly and the few times we've had something show up wrong, we call and they...
