I went to Arbys last night for the last time. It is just to expensive of a stomach ache because whoever made it does not care about the quality or cleanliness of their facility or the product that is the result of not giving a care. A brief summary of my experience last night, first the pepsi I received at the drive thru was flat or they didnt do it right when they changed something, had to wait for fries, which is usually a good sign, well anyways I went in and got a different pepsi in the dining area, that tasted like it had fruit punch flavor or something, I stopped at circle k to get a good one but brought that home for my husband to verify I dont have a brain tumor, when home I opened my turkey wrap and a big hunk, like grilled chicken strips for a salad, was hanging out, fed it to the dog, opened it up and there was more of it, thought first piece was just an accident, its supposed to be thin sliced, no cheese, I have been getting this for years when I eat here, my husband was going to eat his other sandwich this morning but the crispy chicken on it looked just not cooked right and the cheese was rock hard like it was extremely old, yeah like ten hours, his turkey wrap last night didnt have the hunks like mine, but his also no cheese, so yes I will never eat here again, I waited so long last night for old, nasty food from unclean restaurant/people for alot of money just to get sick, money well spent, wouldnt you say. Just wanted to save someone else the...
Read moreI placed a drive-thru pickup order using the new Arby’s app.
When I arrived, the employee at the speaker told me to wait a few minutes. There was only one car ahead of me, but after 4–5 minutes of silence I had to ask if he was still there. His response was dismissive, saying the customer ahead had a $100 order. His tone came across as rude throughout, I get it, my first job at 16 was an Arby's and I hated it so no offense taken yet... but this guy was pushing 50.
I offered to come inside to make things easier, but he said to wait until the window was clear.
After several more minutes I shut off my car, I was told I should have come to the window "like I already told you", contradicting what he said before. I pull around, and see the employee had already shoved the bag out the window trying to rush me, clearly agitated. I asked "hey, what's up with the attitude?", he slammed the window while shouting “whatever man, have a great day.”
He never confirmed my order name or provided clear instructions, which caused unnecessary waiting for myself and the person behind me. As a result, my food was cold by the time I received it. Didn't get my sauce either.
This experience reminded me of the last time I was at an Arby's in Fort Wayne years ago. That time they refused to honor a mailed coupon while insinuating I...
Read moreWhat terrible service. We waited about 10 minute to be waited on. The guy was waiting the counter filling an order for a lady. There was no ranch for her so he went to the back to get it came out with marinara had to go back for ranch. Filled an order for drive through. Came over to take our order. Our of thousand island for the Ruben sandwich. It took about another 10 minutes to get our food. Guy went behind us to fill the ketchup. He threw the a box over the counter which I thought was pretty near me. I turned around and looked at him. Then he said the bag broke and he had it all over him and the floor. I went to get the ice and no ice there was some at the other one by the ketchup mess. There were other workers walking around but did not help. Finally the manager got the mop bucket and went out to clean it. The floor where they cook had food all over it. Very...
