Only rated 5 stars so I could get everyone's attention: DO NOT EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken meals, a number 10, and a number 7. We only we received the number 10 and 7 after waiting for about 45 minutes, I thought this was supposed to be fast food! Apparently it is not so fast food. The drive-thru operator was incredibly rude and only handed us 2 boxes and a slaw and told us to have a good day. Well I would have had a GREAT DAY if we received all of our food. After noticing we only had 2 boxes, we drove around again to the drive thru because the dining room wasn't open because of COVID. (SPEAKING OF COVID...THE FAST FOOD COOK WAS NOT EVEN WEARING A MASK!! ) So we drove around and asked for our other 2 meals, the drive thru worker treated us like we were 5. She said: "You guys didn't get it?" Like she didn't believe us. HERE IS THE BEST PART: AFTER WAITING ANOTHER 20 MINS AT THE WINDOW WE ONLY RECIVED A MINI BOX WITH ONE CHICKEN, ONE SLAW, AND 2 HUSH PUPPIES FOR BOTH OF THEM WHEN WE ORDERED THE CHICKEN MEALS WITH SLAW AND HUSHPUPPIES FOR BOTH. I don't know what this establishment is trying to do, give people a shortage of food to make money off of us or what. Will definitely not be going back. Don’t even bother wasting your time. It’s like they never left. I used to go there as soon as they opened up to get fresh food because after 12 all the food will be old. But today i got Overcooked fish hard and nasty. Mind you today was the grand reopening .. i got there alittle after 10am. I decided to call and ask to speak with the manager. The girl tells me she’s one of them which i knew she was lying cause she didn’t have that manager persona on the phone. I told her i spent a lot of money on some fish that they overcooked and she’s like “ ok thank you” no i apologize for your bad service or nothing just “ok thank you” and hung up. Boy i know better now will definitely not be going there ever again. We need a captain ds cause baby that ljs established that got tore down and rebuilt just to serve some fish they probably cooked at 9am is crazy work. I should’ve went to raising canes like i planned to and definitely will from now on. Beware if you go. And I’m betting money they ain’t gonna be cleaning out that grease. I went to pick up my online order and when I got there I noticed no one was saying anything on the intercom so I just pulled up that's when I noticed this young lady dealing with another customer so I sat and waited. When I pulled up to the window I gave her my name let her know I had a pick up order and it seemed it wasn't ready but the young lady was like oh they're making it now in which as I watched I saw this young lady going back from the kitchen to the drive thru she got super busy and in all that pressure I think she did an amazing job. Please everyone if you went around 9pm -11pm and ended up with any issues please understand that young lady Janiya was doing the best she could in the circumstances she was in and people really need to start understanding it's not just about customers think of these workers some just as her work hard and sometimes mistakes may happen but instead of being angry or mad try and be compassionate go back let them know something was messed up and allow them to fix it especially when you see they are trying.
