This is definitely my favorite McDonald's. Normally when I go to a McDonald's the employees don't seem very happy and sometimes they're rude or sometimes they're just not friendly. Which I don't blame them and I wouldn't be angry with them about that. I know the things they have to deal with and it's not fair. Employees of McDonald's are hardworking people and they deserve respect.
This McDonald's, admittedly I've never gone inside. However I always go through the drive-thru and every single drive-through employee has been so nice! They're very friendly and even when they don't seem as if they've been having a very good day they still smile. I've had some good laughs with the employees from the window and they always put a smile on my face. Even when they're super busy, they seem to try to keep customer service satisfaction at the top.
All I have to say is the team leads or managers are doing a good job at keeping this McDonald's very friendly. The employees don't seem miserable and I love that. Nothing makes me more happy as a customer, seeing employees smile and laugh. It makes me want to come back to this location every time. The workers deserve to have a safe and positive environment, in which they feel good, and are able to laugh and smile. No one should feel miserable at their workplace. I just hope all the employees of this McDonald's do feel happy about their work, because they should.
So thanks McDonald's for doing y'all's best! I know the food is cheap and definitely not good for you, but my goodness it always tastes so good and fresh! Keep doing a good job! Thanks for the hard work!
P.s the caramel frappes and the mocha drinks are so delicious! Also chicken nuggies...
Read moreOn August the 24 2024 I purchased two breakfast items from this location to take to my 85 year old grandmother and when she opened it everything was burnt seeing that the location was kinda far from me I called the restaurant with no response so the following I returned to the same location showed the cash in my receipt and told them that I needed a replacement for the two items that were severely burnt and unedible because she gave the receipt to a manager the manager seeing the picture that I took of the food of it being burnt said and I quote "it's supposed to look like that" then she followed up with saying did you call up here where is the food first off why would I bring Old food that was burnt from the day before back to your location just to prove that I'm not lying and secondly I took a picture of it as well then she said why didn't you call up here and I told her I did with no one responding to me so I politely picked up the receipt to walk out of the store and only then when I was walking towards the door she stopped me and said sir we'll replace the order I told her never mind that will not be necessary this has to go on the internet this has to be exposed you guys are not going to do people in this kind of manner and talk to them and just kind of manner and think it's okay so now I am posting the actual picture of the food of what they gave me of what her meaning of not being burn is needless to say this manager...
Read moreThis location is one of the rudest I have ever been. Long story short places order on the app there were no drinks available today. I had to cancel my order at the speaker and then re order. Asked the lady at the drive thru will this charge my card. She said no not when you cancel the order. It did in fact charged my card. Called back to say it charged my card. Lady stated it did not and I told her it did I have it on my banking app that it did. Then she proceeded to say that it will take 12 hours for a refund. I stated to her to let the woman on the speaker know that so customers do not get misinformed when their card is charged. She said no it did not charge your card and that you will receive a refund within 12 hours?? I said ma’am you are contradicting yourself. She said no you are with the snarkiest attitude and proceeded to mute and unmute the phone repeatedly. Called back and spoke with Marisol (Manager) about what happened and she said that would talk to the employee (no name given) and I did not catch the employees name but she is a young female Hispanic decent on 06/27/2024 around time 12:55pm-1:05pm at this location.
