This WAS a pleasant restaurant to eat at, about 2 years ago. Suddenly employees began being replaced with new ones and the food deteriorated over the course of the following months RAPIDLY. The customer service is a JOKE here! I went through the drive thru for 2 sandwiches. Even called to ask for my BACON to only be heated due to the previous times receiving food with UNCOOKED BACON!!! I would think that rather the sandwich is toasted or not, it would be common sense to heat the bacon- apparently not. Anyways, after waiting over 20 minutes in a drive through, I get home to find out that not only had my ENTIRE SANDWICH BEEN TOASTED (as I asked them not to countless times), BUT the bread I asked for had been SUBSTITUTED for white bread. So I call the store explaining the situation, only for this girl to LIE &say “there was a sign posted”. There was definitely no sign posted, and had there been one... why would u make ONE SANDWICH with the bread that was requested and just give me what you had for the second one without even asking me. But the horror didn’t end there.. my boyfriend and I ALSO paid for chips that we did not receive, the bacon was still raw-like, and there was not a drop of mayo on either sandwich. $26.43 for NOTHING!!! This isn’t the first incident with this subway, but it will most definitely be the last. Eat there at your own risk. Read moreI started going to this Subway last fall for the convenience since my job is around the corner. The first time I ordered it, my stomach started hurting so bad that I immediately went home after my shift and had to cancel my plans. I wondered why my stomach hurt since this had never happened at another subway, but thought nothing of it. I ate my leftovers the next day and sure enough my stomach hurt again but not as bad as the day before. Fast forward to a few months ago, I ordered from here again. And guess what? My stomach started hurting AGAIN! I went recently about a week ago on my break and for the third time my stomach hurt. I started complaining to my coworker about how I was feeling and she agreed that only the Alcoa Rd subway has ever made her feel that way. I'm starting to believe there is an issue with possible contamination, and I would think I'm the only one who has this issue since I don't hear anyone else talking about it, but a lot of my coworkers agree that their stomach hurts after eating at this one. I started going to the Hwy 5 subway (although I stopped going there due to roaches flying off of the counter, but to be fair it looks like its cleaner now) and it's a lot better. I give two stars for the service because it's really iffy. On one of my visits, the lady wasn't very friendly. Sometimes they're nice and sometimes they hate their job which I don't blame them. Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer of this Subway location in Fall River for years and have never experienced issues until my last four visits. Unfortunately, the current staff creates a consistently unwelcoming environment, as reflected in many other reviews I've recently come across.
I place my orders online to avoid any miscommunication, yet my instructions are not followed. On multiple occasions, I requested my sandwich to be cut into three pieces, which was ignored. Additionally, the staff has made rude comments about the number of condiments I selected for my order. If there were limitations on the app, Subway would restrict them, so criticizing a customer’s preferences feels both unprofessional and unnecessary.
To make matters worse, when ingredients are unavailable, I am not informed at the time of pick-up, leaving me with incomplete orders. As a paying customer, I expect to receive the product I’ve ordered without judgment or attitude. It’s disappointing to see this location decline in service quality, hiring staff who seem disinterested in providing a positive guest experience.
