Every time I go here the coffee is good. But the last few times I've went they've gotten my order completely wrong wrong size and wrong hot or coldness. Today was the last straw I am in a rush so I go in there and place my order of a medium iced pumpkin latte. She asked me "Do you want it hot or cold." She apparently did not hear me when I replied "Oh cold". I come to find out as I'm waiting there for 5 minutes that they made a hot drink. I preceded to say that it is made wrong and I got a pumpkin iced latte. The woman who took my order came to the manager after he asked who made the drink and she started arguing with the manager and me saying that I said hot I said hot. The employees other than the manager there do not treat people with respect and they argue against their employees. I am very unlikely to come back there as...

This Dunkin Donuts is a great place to just stop in to get your early morning breakfast. Most of the staff is very friendly and quick. They have a great selection of coffee, donuts, bagels, and almost every other breakfast option. Although it doesn't have a drive-thru like most Dunkin Donuts do, they work hard to make sure that you get your order as quickly as possible.
The only issue I have when visiting this Dunkin Donuts is the back-up of people during certain times. If you just happen to come in during one of the late morning times when everyone rushes in, there is a great chance that you will be stuck in a line and not be able to get you one order without waiting 10 minutes. Closest DD to me, but I'm going out of my way to a better store from now on. Place is always really dirty, parking lot full of longstanding potholes and never plowed after snow, building falling into disrepair, etc. Worse though, they never get your order right even when ordering ahead through the app. "less ice" equals a cup of ice with a drop of coffee 2/3 of the time. A few of the owners/operators are pleasant but most are usually very cranky. I came here because the location is convenient, prices and sugar-free syrups better than Starbucks, but it's to the point where I question the safety of the food/drink if everything else is so neglected. All the other area DD's are less convenient but way nicer...
