We used to frequent this place a lot, however, since they have shut down and reopened, things have changed. The food was good, for the most part. When we ordered , the hostess wasn't very friendly, but took our order and sat us. When we sat down we had someone come over and tell us our drink order was lost. We double checked that our actual food order was good as we were willing to repeat it and they assured us it was fine. When my girlfriends dinner came out we informed our server that the order was incorrect as it had onions and the wrong salad dressing on the side. He very rudely told us the order did not say no onions and sat one dish down on the table very angrily and went to the kitchen. He returned a minute later and all the kitchen had done was just pick the onions off the salad and removed the dressing off the side leaving what had spilled to remain on the salad. When she started eating the salad she realized that the wrong dressing was still on the salad it was just on the bottom now. We had to ASK for refills on our drinks and even then, we had to ask twice for one refill. When we were asked how everything was at the end of our meal we informed them of the salad and drinks and the complaint fell on deaf ears. This was absolutely the worst service I have received in our small town. From the first moment we walked in the only pleasant person was the bartender. It seemed that every person waiting on us from start to finish was more worried about anything other than making sure we were taken care of and happy customers. I am not sure that I will be returning to this location...
Read moreTheir website says “Be kind, be patient, be respectful” but the staff (the owner and some short lady with brown hair) were extremely rude from the second my dad and I walked in. We had gone to the restaurant (where the staff was absolutely amazing - the woman working the front on Saturday, June 18th was so kind and hospitable) before the brewery and loved our experience. My dad really wanted a growler and the staff at the restaurant told us we could get one at the brewery. So we were excited, until we walked in and were hit with hostility. We weren’t welcomed at all except for a nasty “We don’t have any tables right now”. We politely explained we were just there to check out the growler options and the owner overheard and rudely barked at us that he doesn’t have that as an option and we would need to be bring our own. Sir, we completely understood you were very busy. We didn’t want to cause any more work for ya’ll. Working in the restaurant industry, you should handle these things a little better. We still bought some other beer from you guys, because that is how kind my dad is. He didn’t want to just walk out, but after being treated like that I would have in a heart beat if it was just me. I understand you’re under staffed and how hard that is, but please take the advice from your website and be a little kinder, have some patience, and by golly be more respectful. Maybe take some lessons from your staff at the restaurant. I wish ya’ll the best, but I will make sure to check out and recommend some better breweries...
Read moreThis was hands down the best pizza and burger I’ve had in a very long time. My boyfriend and I split the Firecracker Pizza and the cheeseburger, and both were absolutely incredible. The pizza was cooked to perfection, and the hot honey drizzle added the perfect kick. The burger was equally impressive—especially the bun, which I couldn’t stop raving about.
The staff was extremely friendly, and the gentleman who took our order was not only kind but also very knowledgeable about the menu, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic. We loved the unique decor, especially the artwork and the cool design of the tables.
The value for the quality and portion size was unbeatable. In fact, my boyfriend and I were so blown away by the food that we canceled our original reservation for our 6-year anniversary dinner—before we even finished eating—and decided to come back here instead. That’s how good it was.
I’ll absolutely be recommending this place to all my friends and family, and it’s officially a must-visit spot for me anytime I’m in town.
Update: Went back that night and it was just as amazing! Same friendly staff, and we tried the root beer and cookie skillet—both were fantastic. Took the Brown Canyon pizza and fish & chips to our Airbnb, and they were just as delicious as before—crispy, flavorful, and super satisfying. Found out the ketchup and tartar sauce are made in-house—no wonder they’re so good. This place...
