Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Buffalo Township

I called to order lunch for my break an hour ahead of time. Not only did it take 70 minutes instead of the 40-50 mins but when I got it it was cold. Cheese hard bread chewy cold! The kid got out of his car did not say one word to me until I handed him the money and then said thanks and headed back to his car. Now I’m a good tipper. I worked in the food industry when I was younger and fully intended leaving him all the change ......But when it’s late and foods cold and not even an I’m sorry I should of only gave him half of what I was. And I’m sorry but when has it become proper to just assume the customer doesn’t want their change! Don’t even ask me if I want change. How about give me my change and I’ll give you a bigger tip than just assuming you get to keep my change!!! Unless ofcourse it’s 20 minutes late and cold ! And I still gave him 10$! Maybe I’m just old school when young adults had manners!!! And the food you ordered out was worth...

Ordered 4 big daddy's to be delivered to the soccer fields today at a specific time with 2 hours notice and the pizza was 35 min late. Requested for 12:45, called at 12:45 to see where it was and called again at 1:05 to see where it was again - both times was told it was on the way but didn't arrive til 1:20. Order was for end of season party for 2 soccer teams and families and ended up with 3 full big daddy's left because people hadn't planned on waiting around that long. Super embarrassing. I even had to give out cupcakes before the pizza because it was taking that long. A similar thing happened for fall season but I decided to give them another try. It won't happen again. And a $40 credit on a $75 order is the best that can...

i just bought my house a few months ago. We were at my neighbors house a month ago and had a party and ordered foxs. I order from foxes twice a week at my work. (An extra 15 minutes away mind you) and I call two weeks ago to order and get told I live too far. So I try again tonight and the kid tells me that under notes it says not to deliver to this address.
