Taco John's — Restaurant in Buffalo

I'm not happy 😠 each and every time my fiance and I go through the drive thru. I've never felt more offended in my entire life then I do now whenever I order from this place. I'm not going to be naming any names but this one employee always assumes that I'm just some big fat dude with a bad hair cut. And just recently he said to us both that we both look like the dumb and dumber guy's. It's like 😑 seriously!?. Do you always talk to all of your customers like that!?. I didn't think so!. It's really rude and offensive because I am a woman 👠 I am not a dude and it's disrespectful no wonder why you guy's don't hardly get any customers all that much because all of you are rude and offensive!. And I demand respect from all of your employees!. And to either fire that one employee who always assumes that I am a man when I'm not or have a nice long chat with him about how he's offending a couple of his customers. I normally take the time to only complain when I have a bad experience at a restaurant. I want to take a moment to point out a wonderful experience I had at the Buffalo, MN Taco Johns on 11/22/2019. I specifically want to point out one individual Jarett, who was working the front register.

I can honestly say he was the best service industry employee I have had the pleasure to be around in the last year and this includes my visit to Disney World. Not only did he help make sure I got the best value while ordering, he took time to welcome guests, went out of his way to make sure a family in the restaurant was given extra attention, checked up on many patrons quality of food, ran extra errands for tables because he took the time to ask what else they might need and all with a smile that felt genuine.

The service here was amazing, the Staff was very pleasant, the young lady behind the counter was very sweet and smiled the whole time. Our food was ready before we even sat down! This is the cleanest fast food restaurant we have ate in, In Month's. These young people take pride in their work and should be valued as great employees tonight! They were amazing, I feel like they take their jobs seriously and do not mess around! We moved this weekend and are exhausted, haven't eaten all day, last thing we wanted to do is cook!
