McDonald's — Restaurant in Buford

Usually great. Stays fairly clean; even when busy. And the food is always at a good temperature (in my experience). The one male manager I've experienced who was also there today is always super nice, too. The only thing I strongly dislike is how most of the time if you order on the app or kiosk and select a table tent or table number (marked in the silver circle plates on the tables) to have the food delivered to your table, they don't want to take it to your table and they don't even call your number out until it's been sitting on the counter getting cold for a while. I was there today and a dad was in the playroom with his child waiting for his food. I saw when they placed it on the counter, but they called his number AFTER it was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. He couldn't even hear it being called because he was on the other side of a glass wall. Which probably explains why he wanted table service. Not counter service. But I looked in the playroom and noticed his table tent after they called it out and I got his attention to let him know his food was ready. There was also someone else's order sitting on the counter before I even got there and for 18 more minutes afterwards before they called the number out. My point is, if you request table service, you should receive table service. Otherwise, you're just going to assume they're just taking too long, like the time I stood at the counter for 45 minutes waiting for a to-go order (which rarely happens, but it happens). Don't offer table service if you're not going to comply with the request. Just like when curbside isn't available and it's marked unavailable on the app. Do the same for table service or...

This is THE nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’m 20 years old & I really appreciate the classical music, it’s comfortable for everyone. There was a lady yelling orders in white braids & she was super focused on her job, it seemed like the drive thru was very busy. She was very determined & kind. She told us multiple times kindly that the ice cream machine didn’t work, which oddly was so coincidental because I was thinking of ordering one, haha. The cleanliness of this McDonald’s is definitely higher than 5, definitely a 5.8. The bathroom was beyond my expectations & it was so clean. I appreciate the foot handles for the door, the no touch soap dispenser, no touch paper dispenser & no touch sink. (Motion sensors) There was a toilet, (the smaller stall) that seems to be having troubles with finishing the flushing cycle & spews water, it also seems like it leaks from the bottom, but other than that the bathroom was very welcoming & so well kept! The food came out super fast which is so appreciated. The design of this McDonald’s was very unique as well, I also love the playground that is still there, it’s very rare not these days to see McDonald’s with playgrounds. This McDonald’s was fantastic, the cleanliness, friendliness, hard workers, nice food, unique design, & musical environment was a 10/10. 😊

Stopped by this morning 6/5/19@5:59am to get a oatmeal and drink. 1st they didn't have any oatmeal so I decided on a plan bagel. There was a car in front of me, I happened to notice that the kid gave the lady in front of me the wrong bag and since I was the only other customer in the drive thru, I knew it was mine. She got her order and left. I pulled up and they went to give me the same food that they had just giving the lady in front of me which I saw her looking through the bag. I asked for another bagel and the lady said ok. She came back in less than a minute later gave me the bag. I had already set in drive thru for 12minutes and was ready to leave. As soon as I got the bag I touched the bagel in it's wrapper and it was cold. So she literally gave me the same bagel. I got to work 3mins later and was curious, so I opened it. I put pictures but they don't show how cold and hard it was. That and knowing that they gave it to another customer and then to me IS SICKENING.

If you look closely at the pictures, I believe you will see that they didn't even give me a top and bottom. It's 2 bottoms.

If this is a corporate McDonald's, then they are seriously slacking.
