I ordered a burger it sat under lights and was cold with hot fries the burger was tasteless other than grease, My grandkids ordered chicken nuggets they were visibly dried up -Terrible food , service and looking around I could see the Restaraunt was not clean at all. When it came time to leave it were people lined up at the cash register’s and we were really the only ones in the restaurant somebody had to walk over and get it one of the workers to ring us up. They were all looking at us, standing in line. A simple I’ll be right with you would have been great but nothing. Then finally when somebody came to ring us up the act as if we were putting them out. Awful service. This is the third time that I have tried this Denny’s in Bullhead city. When my grandchildren and I drove away we made a promise to not go again even if there was nothing else open. We would rather have fast food at McDonald’s then go there again. another time I called the manager to complain because it was so dirty it was around the time of Covid the manager was very uncaring. I told him that it was not clean and he said that the cleanup crew doesn’t come until the evening. It was during the time when everything was supposed to be sanitized and clean and they were not keeping up and the manager showed no intent to do anything different. We let a year pass and thought we would try it again....
Read moreOur recent experience at Denny's in Bullhead City was less than stellar, warranting a two-star rating. We arrived around 12:30 pm, finding one family of four ahead of us in line, despite numerous vacant booths. Surprisingly, we waited an excessive 35 minutes before being seated, which felt quite lengthy given the available seating.
Unfortunately, the host, a young man, lacked any semblance of personality and failed to extend a basic greeting or make us feel welcome. This initial impression set a negative tone for our visit.
Upon being seated, we encountered further disappointments. My husband's request for sugar-free syrup was completely forgotten, necessitating him to approach one of the staff rolling silverware for assistance. The absence of attention to detail was frustrating.
The food, when it eventually arrived, was lukewarm, a far cry from the hot meals one would expect. Additionally, our server checked on us only once throughout the meal, highlighting a lack of attentiveness.
In conclusion, our recent visit to Denny's in Bullhead City was marred by an extended wait, an uninviting host, overlooked requests, tepid food, and scarce service. Denny's will not be our first dining choice moving forward, and a return visit is unlikely. We hope that the management takes note of these issues to enhance the dining experience for...
Read moreDon't go here unless you like really bad food that is not cooked the way you ordered it and tastes awful, being spoken to as if it's inconvenient to have to serve you, and having to wait forever for service and your food. It's incredibly overpriced for what you get, too, given the non-existent quality. This is not typical of any other Denny's I have been to; just this one. We won't go back when in town again. Denny's is a brand I can usually depend on to have good food and service. Not this one. We didn't have to wait long for a table, but we DID have to wait quite a bit before any servers even acknowledged our presence and came over. Put in our drink order and it took quite a long time to get, considering there were only two of us. The brioche French toast slam isn't really French toast. Somebody in the back literally just threw buttered bread on the grill and grilled it. It was AWFUL! My eggs, ordered over-easy, were so overcooked the yolks were not the least bit runny. My husband ordered two eggs over-easy, and his entire plate was swimming in what appeared to be a buttery type of non-stick spray. He literally had to use a napkin to absorb it from the plate and the eggs. The bacon was tasteless, as well as super hard. There was no checking with us by the waitress to see if everything was okay. She finally came by with a...
