Read moreThis location has always been very friendly, but today was an exception, I submitted a mobile order, when I went to pick up, I walked to the end of the counter and stood right under the HUGE sign that states “Mobile order pick up here”, stood there for a few minutes not being acknowledged which is understandable all the baristas were busy with orders, and finally Kara, I believe she is a supervisor, asked me what I was waiting on, I told her my name and order and she said she was going to get that going for me right away, but she did not, she continued stocking up ice bins and syrups etc. I was waiting 10 minutes, finally she called up “Lu” but was looking at me and handing me a drink. Lu was standing right next to me and I clarified to Kara what I ordered but in a hurry told me that it was my drink. I took the beverage but noticed that it was not what I ordered, yes same latte but different ingredients. I went to the counter to return the drink and Lu was next to me as well returning hers. Kara then lashed out at me and said I need to be more specific when I am asked what I was waiting on.. umm I gave her my name, mobile order and was standing under mobile order sign, how much more specific can I get?? She was very unorganized, highly unprofessional, lacked customer service. Read moreFor some reason almost every Starbucks I go to charges me different and can't make the same drinks. I just ordered a salted caramel mocha frappuccino yesterday at a starbucks in kingman and the girl at this Starbucks said they don't have it anymore. When I worked at Starbucks just a few years ago they had made it a perminate item on the menu due to sales. I said okay and just tried to order it by ingredients. She didn't even know what was in one (was asking if I wanted a caramel mocha frappuccino when salted caramel mocha is toffee nut and mocha) and had a difficult time listening to my directions for the beverage. I also asked for the mocha frappuccino to have ristretto shots of espresso subbed for the frappuccino roast which I don't usually get charged for, and I politely let her know I was upset about it and she still told me 'no we actually can't do that'. When i worked at starbucks we could, and I was always coached to make the customer happy, and she just made things more difficult and expensive. Will not be returning to this location. P.S.
