Starbucks — Restaurant in Burbank

Yeah, downloaded the app, updated everything, put in my payment info.... go to select this store on the app and tmit won't work so I come here..... guess what?! The girl at the front tries to tell me its not her problem because they have been getting mobile orders. So I show her my phone, o show her how it says specifically that this specific store says unavailable for online order but a batista would be happy to take my order.. maybe she will help fix it, or yknow, get someone who can help.. NOPE, just gave me a hard time and told me to update my already fully updated phone. I am now standing here watching the two men who came after me try and figure out which coffee was theirs as she just dumped them on the table and walked away from them. Her name was Sofia and maybe a manager might want to do something about training their employees on not being difficult.

Too bad I didn't get Steph, she's always polite and helps the customers clearly and isn't all stiff and difficult...

I am happy to write a 5-star review for Starbucks at Empire Center in Burbank! This location is fantastic, and I had an incredible experience. The staff is amazing and always goes above and beyond to ensure that customers have a great experience. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in, and they called me by name, even though it is a chain.

The atmosphere is perfect for studying, working or just enjoying a cup of coffee with friends. The layout is well designed, and there is plenty of room to sit comfortably. The baristas are always friendly and ready to assist with any requests.

The food options are also delicious, and there are plenty of choices to satisfy any craving.

Overall, I highly recommend Starbucks at Empire Center in Burbank. The staff is exceptional, the atmosphere is perfect, and the food options are delicious. Whether you are looking for a quick snack or a place to relax and unwind, this Starbucks location has got...

Amazing. By far the best Starbucks I have been to. They were friendly, outstanding customer service, polite, and overall as I said in the beginning Amazing. The coffee for my wife and my self were on point, and delicious. I also asked them to hold a tumbler for me for about 5 to 6 days as we were passing through again on the way back, and they did just that. They made my wife super happy, and I will continue to stop and get a coffee there anytime we swing through. There are not to many Starbucks out there that I would praise this much, but by far the hands down best one I have come across.
