From reading the reviews it seems I'm not the only one that got a short end of the stick in the drive thru. I ordered 2 plates and a antre. I had two orders of teriyaki chicken and orange chicken. The teriyaki chicken came without any teriyaki sauce I guess you have to request that. So the chicken is dry and has no taste. My portion of orange chicken in my eyes was real shirt unless they figured they wanted to help me out with my 200lbs frame. I got three napkins and when I asked for soy sauce I was given three. By far the worst experience. Then the traffic in there is so bad made no sense to even turn around and fight it when I only had a hour for lunch. I didn't even eat the food I gave my pplkate to a homeless man and told my co-workers don't even worry about paying for this b%@#sh%# of a meal. This is not the first time either so with that said I ate else where and won't be back. REALLY needs to fire and rehire people that will serve proudly and not just because they want a check. In my line of profession if any of those employees land on my desk no sympathy given. Have a nice day two thumbs down along...

I would rate higher except it's location is only convenient if you're shopping at the empire center. Getting to, in and out and even through the shopping center is a pain. Then the drive thru lines are so backed up that they use cones to take away parking spaces tk extend the drive thru line so it doesn't back up the thoroughfare. Picking up online/mobile orders isn't great either. I was waiting at the register for at 3-5 minutes before someone helped me let alone acknowledged me. I understand if you're busy, you have to wait. But when you help 4 people pay for their order then ask how I can be helped? That's excessive. I have paid already, I just want to pick up my food so I can go home and eat it. If I wanted to wait I wouldn't have ordered online. The food was ok, would have better if it was warmer. Orange chicken was sweet with some spice. As usual, too much flour. The fried rice was standard, at least it wasn't dried out. The hobey walnut shrimp as ok, not fresh but not old either. Why is the portion small for a premium item? I paid extra...

The customer service here is really bad, I walked in and no one was in line I had to wait 5 min for someone to attend me, as I was looking around lobby was dirty, trash was popping out of the trash cans, I finally got served and the woman who served me (Dalia) was very rude she was rushing me to pick items, had an attitude on her face. I myself work in the food industry and I understand that a warm welcome goes along way but she just wasn't having it. My mother in law asked for Kung pow chicken and the wait for it to come out was 8 min which was fine, We paid and asked if we could split pay she automatically said no with an attitude. The thing that was the cherry on top was when I was waiting for the order instead of Dalia saying "excuse ma'am your order is ready" she went ahead and snapped her fingers and waived as we were animals. Right then and there I wanted to go off on her but decided not to. Horrible service if I could I would give this a lower rating but google will not...

I stopped by this Panda Express today to use my T-Mobile Tuesday coupon on the orange chicken bowl. I was already in the Burbank Empire Center when I placed the order through the mobile app. I parked closer to Target so I just had to walk to Panda. This Panda location has a drive thru and it does get busy so be aware. If you park in the spots near the place then you might get stuck. When I walked inside the place, they weren't that busy at all and my order was still being made. It didn't take long for it to be down and they don't give you a lot of orange chicken in the bowl. I think it's standard at all Panda Express location which is sad now.

The one great thing about Panda Express which puts it a touch ahead of a lot of other Chinese restaurants is you can go with sauteed super greens in lieu of the rice or lo mein (with my low carb diet THAT is a lifesaver). I had the mushroom chicken, the green bean chicken, and the orange chicken, along with plenty of sauteed broccoli in the super greens! And a final thing that saves you a buck or two... Because it's a cafeteria style, go through the line, get your stuff, and pay for it... NOBODY's serving you, so there's no need for an extra 20% to tip somebody! 😀😃😄😁
