My wife and I have been wanting to try the Wild Carvery for a while. Upon arrival the place looks nice, it looks neat and without clutter, very modern. My wife and I walked up to the register and the gentleman behind it showed us the menu on the counter as well. We talked for a few minutes while we ordered. There was a pride in the food that they served there that was evident as we chatted. My wife ordered the Mediterranean Chicken salad and I ordered the Steak. The plates were beautiful when they arrived at the table. The chicken on my wife's salad was perfectly cooked and seasoned. For the most part I don’t order chicken when I go out but this I would order. My steak was also perfectly cooked and seasoned. The ingredients were all fresh and each fork full was delicious.
