Ivar's Seafood Bar — Restaurant in Burien

I placed an online pick up order and was very disappointed in the quality of the food. I picked it up at the time it said it would be done and the food was lukewarm. The seafood combo (clams, shrimp and cod) was overcooked. The fries were greasy and soggy. The cocktail sauce has changed since the last time I've been there and tastes nothing like cocktail sauce. The white clam chowder was also not really hot although more edible than the rest of the meal. The only utensil they gave me was the soup spoon so I had to eat everything else with my fingers. The Google page also says they have curbside pickup, which it turns out they do not and I had to go inside. I tried to call and see if they would do me a favor and bring it out since I'm disabled, but they never answered the phone. When I did go in it took a while for me to even get their attention that I was standing there to pick up an order, and they weren't that many people in there. I haven't been there in several years, but I will not return to this location. For what I paid for the meal, I should not have had to throw...

We made it there about 4:30ish, two of the front-end staff were there congregating about "it was good $ but they're sick of the job". Myself and my client were standing back away from the register trying to decide what we wanted. We'll I guess we were taking to long to decide so we were asked "are you ready to order"!!!? I replied no that's why we didn't come to you until we're ready!!! Finally go up make our order my client got her order right away all she got was chowder and a cup of water. I ordered scallops and 2 pieces of Cajun Cod. As I wait for my food both those staff that would be handling my food a saw one scratch all behind her ear and in her hair with her gloves the other literally wipe her nose with her hand and a second time with the sleeve of her shirt. Mind you lobby was the worst I've ever seen. Say all this to say you can't manage a team and not manage because you wanna be cool. If it weren't for us customers you wouldn't be her. So please run me my $ back I'm outta here I don't want what your serving. Booger scallops and snotty Cajun...
