Margarita's Latin Grill - Burke — Restaurant in Burke

So I lived next to this place for 4 years and never gave them a try. I heard good things about this place from my neighbors so me and the wife decided to try them out. The restaurant is a little small and they have outdoor seating as well which is also a small area. The restaurant was clean and all the employees was smiling and happy. We were greeted right away. I thought it would be a little busier since it was a Saturday night and it was nice out but there were only a few people seated outside and a few people sitting inside. My wife wanted a margarita so she choose the house margarita. The price was no more than 7 dollars and it was a pretty good size amount. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri which was also reasonably priced which I recommend. The pupusas are some of the best I ever had. Food was quick hot and fresh! The steak burrito was excellent which I ordered. My wife and son both ordered the chicken enchiladas which they both loved. The chicken and steak are grilled which is a big plus in my book. Chuy's was are spot for Mexican but this place might have taken that spot! We will be going...

Margarita's Grill is a good Mexican restaurant. The food is very well season and the decent size portions of food. We went there on several occasions and tried varies items on the menu from tacos, fajitas, whole fried fish, enchiladas, etc. All the items we tried were delicious. Definitely, the best Mexican restaurant in Burke/Springfield area. I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

The only room for improvements is service. The first time we went the service was great. The subsequent times we went the service was slow, and the waitresses were forgetful with our request. That is very serious to me because I am paying money for good food and good service. With that I will give them a 2 out of 5.

Terrible customer service. Arrived around 4:30 and asked for the shaded patio table which rejected in an unbelievably rude manner by the woman acting as hostess. There were about 4 tables in use, inside and outside and we were being forced to take an undersized two person table. Begrudgingly the hostess allowed us to sit at a larger table when my date pointed out two other couples using larger tables. The hostess' adversarial attitude became too much so we went to Patsy's in Tysons and had a great meal and drinks with great customer service.
