Crumbl — Restaurant in Burleson

On June 8th I ordered for the first time as your store just opened in my town. My order was 3 Red velvet, 3 Chocolate Chip, 3 Mud and 3 Peanut butter. When the delivery driver showed up he explained that "the store ran out of one of my cookies and it was extremely busy." I took what he was saying is that 1 cookie was missing not that an entire selection was missing. To add insult to injury it was substituted with Red Velvet, of course the thing a kid wouldn't want. Today I had time to call the store and speak to a manager and was told that I could purchase 3 more because they were available and that the doordash driver made the selection and it's their responsibility to contact the customer. Needless to say I had to follow through and buy 4 cookies for the child who was left out of Tuesday's order. Mind you 4 was the managers suggestion because it would be a better deal. Anyway, I am disappointed is the point in all of this. I didn't process an order via Doordarshan but via Crumbl and to allow a stranger to make decisions for my family is absurd. @secretshopper I know for a fact that if you order a 4,6,12 pack and want them in a different size box they do charge you. It’s nothing against you. Also did the other customer ask for more information on the cookies? As far as a more cheerful greeting maybe that’s just how you saw it but the employee wasn’t intending it that way. If you had a bad experience why is your first thought that it’s because of the color of your skin. I’ve seen many people of color work there and have seen the employees talking and having fun. I understand that sadly people do get judge based on the color of their skin but it does not mean that everything is because of the color of skin.
