Decided to give this location another chance and I wish I didn’t. Ordered my usual (medium iced coffee 1 cream, 2 pumps French vanilla swirl, 2 pumps donut swirl, 1 liquid sugar and marshmallow cold foam). Get my drink it looks beautiful take a sip and instantly gag because there’s no flavoring in it at all not a single drop. It tastes just like black coffee. I have my partner take a sip to make sure I wasn’t crazy and even took two more sips after stirring just to make sure before I went back because I hate giving drinks back. I go back to the window and I say very politely, I just got this and there’s no like flavoring in it. It’s missing like all the pumps and for those of you who have gone here I’m sure you’ve met the lovely lovely blonde chick that greets you with a “yeah” at the window and she says well I made that so I know I put it in there. I said I took a sip and I promise you there’s absolutely nothing in it. She tells the manager and the manager makes it and then when she comes to the window, she’s like have a sip before you drive off so I take a sip and I’m like yeah sweet now and she’s like OK. Well that’s because you ordered it with two pumps of this and two pumps of that and that’s why it’s not gonna be sweet I said no no no it had absolutely nothing in it like I have no reason to lie and no reason to wanna come back around to you losers for a second time unless it was actually not made correctly and she’s like well I put three pumps of each so now it should be good and you know it’s just that’s what happens when you order it with two pumps so next time order it with three pumps and I said no ma’am this is how I always order it. I used to work at Dunkin’ Donuts back in the day. I know exactly how it’s supposed to be made and she just wanted to still act like I was ordering it incorrectly when I order it like this all the time and no other location gives me an issue. I don’t understand the disrespect in the lack of customer service when someone is just telling you like it’s it’s not made correctly even if you feel like you did make it correctly. I still feel like you’re supposed to just say OK like I’ll definitely remake that for you like it shouldn’t be an issue. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Read moreI placed an order for pickup using the Dunkin mobile app for the store on Wilshire Blvd in Burleson, TX. I arrived at the store to pick up my order and waited by the pick up spot for at least 20 minutes, assuming they were working on my order. I watched people move through the line and order and receive their orders and finally someone asked what I needed. I told them my order number and that I was there to pick it up. She went to pull off a receipt, looking at it for obviously the first time. And at that point she began working on my order. She told me that they were out of maple so I said it could be replaced with chocolate. Then they told me that there were no croissants for the breakfast sandwich I ordered. They offered to put it on a bagel instead. My daughter only likes the croissant so I asked them if they could remove it from my order. She said that they couldn’t and I would have to get a refund through the app. I asked her how to do that and she said she didn’t know. So I left the store after half an hour with an incomplete order and having payed for something I didn’t receive. When I got home, I opened the donut box to find the four strawberry donuts looking like a mess and had no sprinkles like I had ordered. It looked like she’d gone to the back and slapped some frosting on them in a hurry. My 6 year old would have made them look better. And the maple donut was replaced with a jelly filled donut instead of chocolate. And we didn’t even get a straw for my daughters iced coffee. The service was garbage. No one there was friendly or professional. The customer service is bad every time I’ve been there before so I was expecting that, but this was a terrible experience. Now I have to wait days for a representative to contact me after they review my case for a refund of a croissant sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Read moreZERO STARS! This place is poorly managed/run. the only reason I even went here is that someone gave me some DD gift cards. The sign clearly stated closing time was 9:00 (8:00 for lobby) but I came through Drive through at around 8:15 one night and waited for like 5 or 10 minutes. finally someone came to the window and said "ummmmmm... Sorry, we had to close early due to a situation"... "ok, then why not put a sign in the window or something so people like me know this?" I called the toll free number to report it and what sounded like the owner answering his cell from his vehicle and said they def should not be closing like this. thanked me for the report. the next day I came back to use the gift cards for breakfast and coffee with my kids before school. ordered 2 donuts, a sausage egg and cheese croissant and a coffee "Coolatta" frozen "frappe" type coffee that was absolutely HORRIBLE favor! and to make matters worse I notice there were little chunks of rotten half and half / cream floating around in it! AND as if that was not enough, the Croissant was WAY over microwaved and partly hard like a cracker and partly hard and chewy in other areas. the sausage was also over microwaved and was so hard and chewy I couldn't even eat it. what ever happened to fresh made breakfast sandwiches? I can get frozen ones at the grocery store! THEN the doughnut was dry and the pink frosting had a slight bitter "food coloring" taste to it. these doughnuts were definitely NOT FRESH. if you have ever eaten a krispy kreme doughnut, you would know what a real doughnut should take like. No way in hell I will every go to this place again. Gift Card or not. screw that! so I thought I have $5 left on my gift card I'll use it fro the 31 Flavors Ice Cream part of the store.. 1 scoop of chocolate on a waffle cone was just under $5. way over priced.. done done done...
