Responding to your response to mine saying email the company. That’s just rude.

The service today was even worse. Tried to use the rest of my gift card. Which by the way it was you all who opted to do the gift cards to do the number ranked store. So I had bought 2 totaling 50.00. Was using them at this location none of them could give me the amounts left on any of them. You can’t call or check the website with them either and neither can you scan the back of the gift card. And with no receipts how do I know if they are not taking stuff off that they shouldn’t be. And I’ve asked for the balance each time multiple days. Waited today and there was only one car on the other side ahead of me. They waited til they got their drink before they even came to get my order. The girl just stood there and didn’t say anything. So I gave her my number. Again crickets. I told her what I wanted and then she couldn’t figure out how to use the rest of the gift card and then me pay the rest. They had the drink already made but held onto it still. Took 2-3 people a few minutes to figure it out. They had way too much ice again in the drink. When I asked them if they could do light ice. Which they didn’t wipe the outside of the drink off either. When I asked about less ice she said well we put this much liquid in it. I mean. And saying it with an attitude. I said you know what never mind the last few times I’ve been here you all don’t clearly care and I won’t be back. DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR BUSINESS. There are no numbers or anything to contact. ——- 6-4-2025 Wednesday Been going here since the they’ve opened. The last 2 days I’ve had to wait in line and nobody came to get my order. The other line they took everyone else’s order but mine. And I went in the shorter line. Yesterday they gave me a drink that was all ice and maybe 3 sips of the drink. Today asked for light ice after waiting while vehicles in the other line their orders were taken and I was still sitting there. They had plenty of employees. There was quite a few workers/ employees just standing outside talking and had a couple employees leaning on the wall looking like they hated everything and customers being there was disturbing them. Today I left with light ice and again just a few sips of the drink. I still have more on my gift card. But this is kind of...

This was my first time visiting 7 brew coffee, and while the coffee itself was delicious, the service was a little Slow. I was in the primary lane and ordered a single medium coffee, drink, and five other cars on the outside lane were served their drinks (most with multiple drink orders) and left.

The young man standing at the little kiosk was very apologetic and he did not understand why my drink was taking so long. Twice I was asked if I was the one waiting on the sweet and salty coffee drink and twice I said yes. Several minutes passed and Ithers kept getting their drinks before me. Then the customers that were in line BEHIND me, got their drinks handed to them (they had multiple drinks ordered) while they were still sitting behind me in line, and I was still waiting for mine. I’m not sure if there’s a system that employees are to go by, but it doesn’t seem that it was working well today. There might need to be some reeducation, I’m not sure.

Overall the coffee drink was good and well-made, the gentleman that was talking to me was very apologetic however, the young lady that actually handed me my drink, didn’t say anything to me, just wiped it off and handed it to me and walked away. A little disappointing considering I waited in line over 15 minutes.

I will be coming back because again the coffee was delicious, and I’d like to give them another try, but there might need to be some clarification on the order in which drinks get...

I recently visited Seven Brew Coffee in Burleson, Texas, and had a great experience overall. The coffee was delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming. What really impressed me, though, was the amazing coupons they offered. The opportunity to try something new at a discounted price was a great incentive, and the 4 medium drinks for $16 coupon was an awesome value.

My family and I were able to try a variety of drinks and flavors, and we were all impressed with the quality. However, I was a bit disappointed with my drink, as I had requested a sugar-free option, but I'm not convinced that's what I received. There may have been a lack of communication or a miscommunication, but it was a bit of a letdown.

Despite this minor issue, our overall experience at Seven Brew Coffee was awesome. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. The coupons were a great way to introduce us to new drinks and flavors, and we appreciated the value. We will definitely be back, and I would recommend Seven Brew Coffee to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and a welcoming atmosphere. Just be sure to...
