Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Burleson

This is my second time coming here when an older man working there has yelled and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The first time he was yelling at another customer and belittling her. This time my son opened the drink fridge and asked me for a drink I said no. I guess he didn’t close it fast enough for this man as he asked me to tell him to close it. I did. And he closed it. The man then proceeds to lean over the counter and stare at my son rudely while he is just standing in the corner. I asked him if he had a problem and he told me to keep my kids under control. He was STANDING still. He then proceeded to keep staring at us and making rude comments. I asked him for his name and he wouldn’t give it. He is extremely rude to customers. This isn’t the first time he has yelled at me or other people. I was picking up an order. Not trying to be yelled at by someone who clearly has an issue with a 4 yr old holding a fridge open to long. This man needs to be fired or held accountable for the way he treats customers at this location. I haven’t been in months due to the previous incident. Just to be greeted by him yelling at me again. First- tried to place a order online...wanted the fantastic 4. 6 times, the order would not go thru. Kept getting a OOPS response. Then called- was told they were having problems with the app. Said I would like fantastic 4 pizza with no Jalapenos. Was told they they weren't honoring the app price. Fine. Then was told they didn't have that pizza at that store. Fine. I said I would take a Detroit style square pizza. Half pepperoni/ mushroom and half sausage/onion and breadsticks. Was given my cost. We live in Joshua, so I fought my way down Wilshire around 530. Made it to the store....stood there waiting. The guy boxing pizzas, looked at me. He said nothing to me or tell a co-worker someone waiting. I had to go around the side to try and get the attention of someone. Both had the backs to the counter leaning against the table visiting with each other. Finally got their attention. Spoke with about the problems....she said sorry. Not explanation.

I get home open the pizza box.....it's a round pizza. With an inch of crust exposed. Under...

Ol’ Little Sleazers! They do what they do quite well. They make the McDonald’s of pizza for as cheap as possible. Do not go here to wow your friends at a pizza party. Do go here if those kids won’t shut up about pizza, and you don’t want to spend a fortune on dinner. Do not go if you have a palate. Do go if you are needing 20 pizzas for $100 to give away at a birthday. Do not go to get pizzas for an employee appreciation lunch. Do go if you hate your employees.

They are what they are. Cici’s pizza is more expensive, and cardboard doesn’t digest very well. Give your teenage growing boy three of these pizzas after football practice for $15. It’s just carbs to them. It’s not terrible, ghastly, disgusting pizza. It’s just Little Caesers.
