Well let's just say that this place wasn't good but it wasn't so disgusting that I couldn't eat the food. Thankfully since it is the tortilla factory the flour tortillas were good but the rest of the food on the deluxe plate was...well, not even up to Taco Bell standards. The cheese enchilada sauce was sweet but thankfully everything had cheddar cheese and not American. The tostada shell and taco shell tasted like those cardboard-esque things you get in a box or bag in the grocery store. The tamale may or may not have come out of a can. The beans were okay, the rice was oddly flavored. The decor is super cute, love the atmosphere.

Went to this location on 12/26/24 at 9:57am and was royally ripped off. I ordered the 2oz queso which is 99 cents on the menu. I go to drive off and realize I don’t have the queso so I ask for it. I go home and open it to see that they didn’t even fill it up half way and she charged me for salsa (which should be free) so I end up paying $2.89 for something that they usually give for free and only get half a cup of queso. Do better!

I love Rosa’s but I will not go back to the Burleson location. While eating my meal I bit into something really hard. It looked like a piece of a tooth, whatever it was it had no business being in my food. The manager didn’t seem to really care and tried telling me that it was probably a potato or piece of a plate. Regardless of whatever it was it shouldn’t have been in my food.

I will be the first to admit that I never come here unless it's Tuesday (for the lower prices Taco Tuesday meal). The meal has increased several times over the past 10+ years but that is very much to be expected with basically everything getting their price raised. It's still a delicious meal that can feed me for at least 2 meals (if I can extract the willpower to do so 😆).

I ordered five of the Taco Tuesday special through the drive-thru and they were done in less than 10 minutes (but that might've been because there wasn't a long line behind me.. yet. But even when I've come when the line is long in the drive-thru (and inside at the cash register), I've never had any type of issues ever.

I love their fixin' bar to load up on all of the essentials for soft beef burritos (my fav).. onions, NoHeat Salsa, Med Salsa, Hot Salsa, cilantro, limes/lemons, pico de gao, Jalapenos, green salsa (not sure the name of it).. if there is any more I've forgotten it but I think that's it. They always have free water cups which was a god send for me yesterday after being in the heat all day long. They have some small plastic cups (w lids if you want) so you have many cups of your condiments or they have some bigger styrofoam cups (with lids available) if you demolish hot sauce like it's going out of business or if you got a To-Go order and going to take some of everything back home for you and/or your family.

It's a friendly joint and the cashier at the drive-thru window was very friendly, we talked very briefly about my anime sticker on my credit card while the food was being rounded up. I was super tired from driving so it brightened my mood for the day.

No pictures because me and my family devoured it too fast before I remembered to take a picture. Oh Well, there's always...

I originally had an issue with the Burleson, TX location; however, I spoke with April the District Manager who was very kind and professional, so props to her for doing such a fantastic job! I came into Rosa's Cafe located in Burleson, TX as what I'd like to call a "Redemption Customer" This location has gained my trust again, 5 stars and I will return in the future!

Update I received a phone call from April the District Manager, who was very pleasant to speak with and handled my issue professionally! I will give them another chance.

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service that was on 11/11/2018 at the Burleson, TX location. They got my order completely wrong! I went in to speak with a manager, who was very sweet, but when I heard what came out of her mouth. I lost all respect. “Did they get your order wrong?” “Was it Drive-thru?” Rolls her eyes “ Yeah, they’ve been slacking off today” Oh Because “slacking off” is such a great excuse to show excellent customer service! The manager needs to be terminated and the whole crew re-trained. I get home, and the order is still wrong. I have contacted corporate and left a message. I am still waiting...
