I placed an online order at Subway on 8/14 around 3 PM. When I opened my sandwich, I noticed there were no veggies inside, even though I had added them during the online ordering process. I checked the receipt, and unfortunately, the veggies werenāt listed.
I approached the staff to explain the issue and asked if I could get the veggies added, even offering to pay extra. One of the older employees responded by saying she ācanāt guessā what I wanted on the sandwich, which came off as unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I wasnāt asking for a remake, just a side of the missing veggies, but the attitude I was met with was unprofessional.
What bothered me more was that another older employee was nearby listening to the exchange and didnāt step in to help or de-escalate the situation. Did not greet me in store. Was aggressive and blunt when asking what I wanted and what on it. She rushed me to check out before my sandwich was even out of the toaster ovenā¦. With no customer behind me or in front of me. Then when trying to check out, I asked about the app and how to pull up the scanner to be able to get my points. She did not care to help me. After asking the other male employee for help, she finally offered to take my phone # to put into her computer to get my points. Like seriously? Employees should know how to properly greet customers, know how to NOT rush customers, and also know the ins / outs of the apps that the company has provided them to know and use!

They had a trump mask, which isnāt surprising to see (thatās Texas for ya) but still very uncomfortable. They were very strange in the way they handled the food; seemed almost frugal with how little of everything they put on the sub and how slowly they did it (not in like, theyāre new and inexperienced, but like they could not care less).
Overall it was clean and no major issues, but minus 2 stars because it was just very uncomfortable (they did not seem friendly, but not overtly rude) and rationed their sub less than what I could get at other locations.
