Torchy's Tacos — Restaurant in Burleson

Unimpressed with the cashier with the dark blonde hair and freckles. Once i got there, the first thing she said, i could already sense attitude or snappiness. I decided to let it go up until it progressed. It just seemed like she was being short or as if she was in a rush, the place wasn't busy at all. I just wanted 2 bean and cheese burritos. When i asked if she got that down as burritos, not tacos, she made me seem stupid for asking. There is obviously burritos at this establishment. She then asked if i really wanted to pay $10 for just beans and cheese, in which i really dont want to, i then ask why not reduce the price for what isn't being put in. I then confront her about her attitude saying exactly "Whats up with the attitude?" She then replied telling me she wasn't trying to have an attitude. I'm not okay with people thinking they can get away with a certain attitude and once confronted, acting as if they did nothing wrong. I talk to plenty of people and can definitely point out an attitude, anybody could have picked up on the emotion. Point is, i didnt like the attitude i was given. It doesnt look good anywhere. It's okay to have a bad day if that was what was going on, (in which i understand) but definitely not okay to take your energy out to someone else, let alone at work to a customer. Food was...

Torchy’ Tacos was immaculate as you could see when you stepped into the front entrance. The new restaurant in Burleson, Texas is well laid out with plenty of seating inside and includes a patio for those that like to dine alfresco. They have a full service bar so you can enjoy a Margarita or a beer while you wait for your food. Dining in was a treat compared to take out. When our food was delivered to our table, I was blown away by the presentation of our tacos. It was beautiful. It did not look just like a plain ordinary taco. It was beautiful. It was piled high with pico de gallo, cheese, vegetables on top of fajita chicken. You really have to be hungry to eat more than one. The flavors were perfect with the sauce that was added. It was a little spicy but just enough so you could enjoy all the flavors of the ingredients. I originally chose no drink but after seeing all the drink options I chose to try their fruit flavored drinks. It was very refreshing and not your ordinary soda. The staff is amazing. While we viewed the menu trying to choose which item to try, the manager gave us information on what was included with a few of the menu options. The young lady that took our order was very patient and very pleasant. Try Torchy’s Tacos you will thank me...

1st time coming to this location. The young lady that took our order let us know that they were out of everything after we had asked for our food order and let us know during that they're Out of avocados, limes and cilantro. Which is what goes on the tacos itself that we ordered. We still went ahead and kept the order without all the stuff and ordered chips and queso as well. The food came out and we noticed the queso had an avocado in it but no cilantro. The tacos came out with cilantro but no avocados. So we were surprised since we were told they were out. When I asked 2 different people the gentleman that brought the queso for cilantro as its supposed to have. And another lady that brought the food out for avocado for the tacos like its supposed to have we were told they were out still. We were shocked how it was on some food and missing on another and told they were out, unfortunately. The food did not taste good nor did the queso. We go to torchys about every other weekend but will not be returning to the Burleson location even though it's 5 min. From our house. Rather take the drive. Also went at 7:30 p.m. there was plenty of tables but were not wiped down well...
