Arby’s. I’m kind of disappointed. I had an online order and when I went inside to grab the food I asked if I could please get some arbys sauce, horsey sauce and ketchup and the older woman working the front kinda cut me off and said it was already in the bag. Even though she was being cold I laughed and apologized without getting any response and left…until I got in the car and realized they had forgotten a drink. I went inside and a young, male coworker was very nice and helpful so I leave with a smile and go on my way…everything’s good. Got the food, got the drink, got the SAUCE…oops just kidding. No sauces cept the one that comes with your jalepeno poppers and I think bbq for my mom’s chicken sandwich. I am disappointed. I feel like I wouldn’t have cares so much had the female worker not seemed borderline offended that I would ask such a question and so confident that they were in the bag.

Read moreWell, I was making a return visit for an order replacement....which was supposed to be a roast beef sandwich meal and instead of the fries I asked for an apple turnover instead. I wait for about 10-12 mins...which is fine, but wrong order again. I now have 2 orders of fries 2 orders of mozzarella sticks and a turnover... I don't check the bags to see what I have until I have already left. (Why didn't I check prior to 🤔🤔🤔) I now see I have all that and no sandwich...smh. u turn it is and back to Arby's...I walk in and the young lady says I messed up I'm sorry. How did you get 2 fries and 2 mozz sticks out of what I ordered??? Anyway it's ok..no need to cause a scene, so I get my sandwich and off I go. I get home and I have a cherry dang turnover....come on now....I asked for apple! They are not the same same...😔😔 What I did get was food though...food was fresh and hot, no complaints there....if only it had been all correct. When I got to the loudspeaker, I asked for a minute to think about my order because I haven’t eaten at Arby’s in a very long time. After I ordered my wife’s food she asked “is that all” in a very rude tone. I continued with my order and after I ordered my brisket sandwich she again in a rude tone said “anything else?” I then proceeded to finish my order and and before I could finish my words she gave me my total. I am not happy with my experience and I had every right to cuss her out. However I think she needs to be reprimanded for her actions. She was unprofessional and rude. She long had dark hair, and had messed up teeth. I didn’t catch her name because she slammed the window in my face before I could ask her. She’s lucky I didn’t handle it right then and there.
