El Potrillo Cocina Mexicana — Restaurant in Burlington

1st time here tonight and omg it’s such a cute little restaurant. 1st I would like to point out how friendly the staff is. My waitress was a girl I didn’t get her I’ll get it next time but she was so friendly and gave excellent service. ☺️ so sweet. There was a male waiter as well and he was so kind and checked on us as well. The food was extremely good I got fajitas Typical I know but ugh so good I like mine cooked a little extra and they served just perfect. We also ordered the burrito Guajillo. We love Guajillo's!!! Came here to try things out, and were NOT disappointed! Boyfriend is a Texas native and got spoiled by good Mexican food surrounded by it in Dallas. Ever since he's come to Burlington it's been hard to scratch that same itch and get quality Mexican food like what he's used to; but Guajillo's is what Burlington needed (Try the tamales, the masa is excellent!). A small little establishment, soon as I walked in I was greeted was able to pick my seating. I was attended to very well. The salsa was lacking seasoning, had to add hot sauce to spice it up. The waitress was a sweetheart and bought over two others for me to try which was better. Ordered the steak fries which were good.
