Absolutely horrible experience today. After going to 2 different restaurants to get food today and was given horrible customer service I chose your restaurant thinking I would have a better experience. I sent my daughter in to get her a pizza and she asked the guy if he was going to wear gloves as he was making her pizza. He told her no he wasn't required to wear gloves . Well that upset her so she came out to the car and told me. As her mother I went in to fix the situation and asked him if he would please use gloves and make the pizza and instead of saying yes he got upset and he refunded me my money and refused to serve me and make my pizza. Also he told me to never come back to his store again. Now I am a manager and I have dealt with a lot of rude customers and I have never refused them service. If you as a manager can not deal with a upset customer then you don't need to be one I am irate and I will be calling corporate and making sure this situation is handled. Edit - After they got a new pizza oven a few months ago all their pizzas began to become overcooked. I have complained occasionally about this but usually I just deal with it. For my most recent order it was overcooked again and they didn't bring me a marinara sauce which I was slightly annoyed with so I called to ask about having my pizza replaced. They proceeded to tell me that they had a list of every time I've complained and that I complain after every single order even though I've been coming here for 15 years at least, and that is in no way accurate. I will never step foot in this Domino's again, and I encourage everyone else to do the same thing. Their management is exceptionally rude, especially the young lady named Teeana, and does not care about customer service at all. I will be contacting upper management/corporate about my experience and performing a charge back with my bank.

Read moreVery unsatisfied! I placed an order of six pizza’s for my son’s birthday. Out of the six two of them were burnt. I always order more pizza just in case I left both of them to the side to call the store later on keep in min my child comes first and we’re celebrating his birthday. I forget to call and called next day ased if I could speak to the manager a lady answers and she says” this is her” I explain my situation and my experience she gives me an attitude and says “well there’s nothing I can do you should have called yesterday we would have replaced them with a very rude attitude and I explained why I didn’t call she says well you should have come in! Excuse me?? Im celebrating my childs BIRTHDAY! I don’t care about the pizza I wasn’t even calling to get a new pizza but what truly set me on fire was the terrible customer service she provided if you don’t like your job look for another!
