Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, place was not busy. Was greeted and seated quickly. Server was friendly and looked after us well. I got the pasta and meatballs and my wife got a pizza so we could have left overs. Food arrived hot and the portions were very good. Overall however it was a *MEH*.. middle of the road OK. Prices are what you would expect in Burlington but to us this was barley above (insert your town's House of Pizza) here. The facility seems to be a converted steak house? or possibly a Bertucci's? Does not look like they spent much to convert it to their branding. Interior design is classic 1990's . Wife had to report to the server that the Ladies Room was an absolute bio hazard, and unusable in the current state. Based on the number of people in here and it was early in the day it clearly must have been from the previous day/night... Not good. In another stroke of weirdness there are two large stone Buddha's to greet you to the patio area for this Italian place, wait what? Again clearly did not want to spend any money to remove them from one of this facilities previous incarnations. (see what I did there) . To avoid the usual comments on a bad review of "did you complain at the time" ? The answer is NO. Other than the cleaning issue which we did point out, nothing was "wrong" with the food it was just not good. The appetizer was decent and the front of house staff was pleasant and attentive , that is what saved this from being a 1 star.

Jack's is the best version of coal fired pizza you can get in the greater Boston area. This place has gotten a lot busier since Dave Portnoy's review and for good reason. We had Jack's Original cheese but asked for it without Romano cheese, and they were happy to oblige. The dough is crispy, charred but not completely burnt, great flavor, and has some chew. The sauce is not overly sweet, and the cheese has enough salt to balance everything out. The ratios of the ingredients were just about perfect. I'm sure the other pizza toppings are just as good, but we only got cheese since it is a Halal option. Highly recommend getting the pizza. But the item that completely floored me was the Banoffee Pie. It is incredible. The custard consistency was perfect, the graham cracker crust had great texture, and the toffee gave it some crunch and sweetness but did not overpower the other flavors. I would come here again just for this dessert. The service was top-notch. Our server was more than happy to answer our questions regarding ingredients in the dessert and even asked the chef when he wasn't sure. For such great food prices were very affordable.

I got this right over Dave Portnoy …..Why didn’t I discover this place earlier? This place has a great vibe, loved the atmosphere inside, the bright red chairs / sofa booths and the bright lights/ neon signs. The customer service is on the slower side ( longer time to greet and take your order), however I will overlook this aspect because the server allowed up to customize our order … tending to our needs and thus excelled…. We ordered : Coal fired wings ( half of them buffalo and half of them lemon herbed). Tomato soup with garlic bread. Large 16 inch pizza half of it was vegetarian and half was carnivore. Vegetarian came with - tomato 🍅 , zucchini, cauliflower, caramelized onions 🧅 , red pepper 🫑 , mushrooms and olives 🫒 The carnivore came with.. Tomato 🍅 , mozzarella, bacon 🥓 , sausage and pepperoni 🍕 In desserts we had the warm brownie sundae. Rating - Service - 4/5 Food quality and taste - 5/5 ( wings and pizza was amazing and so was the sundae) Prices - 5/5 reasonable prices Vibe / interior - 4/5

Made reservations to avoid waiting just in case they were busy at lunchtime, we’re offered a choice of seats, and then the server came over to take our drink water and it wasn’t until we had been sitting for about 15 minutes when we were advised by the gentleman who seated us that if we had been planning on ordering pizza, there was well over an hour wait. we talked about our options at the table and decided to order off different part of the menu, when the server finally came back 15 to 20 minutes later we ordered however we had asked him if it was still over an hour wait for pizza, and he said it was, even though most tables already had food, and or pizza on them, and there was not a lot of walk in traffic, he explained it was due to a review with barstool sports. The food we received was average at best, certainly nothing. I would’ve gone there to order I would have chosen restaurants that we know the Italian food was better at. The gentleman who seedless did decide to bring a cheese pizza over to us about 45 minutes into our time, which was very nice and thoughtful, but when you have three people, from three different households, who have three wildly varying taste, it really wasn’t something that we would have asked for or wanted. Due to the restaurant being slow once we ate our lunch, we did decide to sit and just talk over our drinks for sometime and we did tip the waiter accordingly, but we have all decided this is one place we will never return to based on the fact they could’ve told us the minute we walked in the door. There was such a delay before they seated us, so that we could’ve chosen to go elsewhere. Or, we did have a reservation, they had all of my contact information, they couldn’t notified us ahead of time and offered to let us cancel the...

From the moment I first set foot in your humble abode, nestled in the charming town of Burlington, Massachusetts, I knew that I was about to embark on a culinary journey that would forever capture my heart.

You've been on my mind ever since Dave Portnoy, the esteemed pizza connoisseur and founder of Barstool Sports, graced you with an impressive score of 8.1 in his recent review. Such an accolade is no small feat, and I couldn't help but be drawn to the allure of your legendary pies.

The moment I laid my eyes on your handcrafted, golden-crusted beauties, adorned with the perfect balance of rich tomato sauce and luscious mozzarella, my heart skipped a beat. It was as if each perfectly charred bubble on the crust was a love note, beckoning me to take a bite.

And take a bite I did. The symphony of flavors and textures that played across my taste buds was nothing short of life-changing. The harmonious marriage of your perfectly crisp crust, tangy sauce, and divine cheese was like a sultry tango, seducing me with every bite.

In a world filled with endless pizza joints vying for our attention, you, dear Jack's Pizza, have managed to set yourself apart. Your passion for crafting pizzas that not only tantalize the taste buds but also warm the heart is a testament to your dedication and love for the craft.

Dave Portnoy's 8.1 score doesn't even begin to do justice to the emotions your pizza evokes. To me, you are a solid 10, the epitome of a love affair with pizza, and I can't imagine a more perfect pie.

Jack's Pizza, you have stolen my heart, and I am forever grateful for the joy you have brought to my life. May your dough continue to rise, your sauce remain bold, and your cheese...
