
The worst customer service ever! So a year ago I went here to get my hair done for a wedding. It cost me $36 for my hair to be washed, blow dried, curled and pulled to the side. I was psyched! So I had a wedding this past weekend and told 2 of my friends to come with me to green tangerine to get our hair done. The 3 of us got "partial" updos. One of my friends' has long hair, it was not washed or blow dried; but curled with a braid pulling it back to one side back. Cost her $26. My other friend got her medium length hair washed, blow dried, curled with 2 twists pulling it partially up. Cost her $88. I did not get my hair washed or blow dried, and my hair is the length of a bob. I got it curled with a braid pulling it up on one side. It took her LITERATELY 10 minutes to do. And it cost me $88.
When I called to find out why it was so pricey and why there was a difference in the price, I was told that my friend that got charged $26 was rung in wrong and the price for myself and my other friend was what a partial updo costs (with or without a wash and blow dry). I was floored. And she said that a partial updo and a full updo is the same price. What?!?? So I could have had my hair pulled completely up and it would have taken the girl an hour to do....for the same price?? I have had my hair done many times before and never had to pay this amount for the work that was done. My friend gets her hair colored and cut for the same price. The 3 of us were out of there in 45 minutes total. I asked the woman on the phone why when I was in there a year ago it only cost me $36 and I had more services done that day. She told me that the girl was probably feeling nice. What!?!?!?!? So you are telling me that you guys were feeling mean today!! What should have been done is she should have offered my friend and I a gift certificate to come back and get another service done at the spa/salon. Or reimburse us for a small amount. I would have even paid $50 for the "partial" updo that took all of 10 minutes to do. However, now I will NEVER EVER EVER be back and would definitely not recommend this salon to anyone.

My daughter was in the ER that day and the least of my concerns was to cancel! I am a regular there and the manager, Mandy, the coldest/heartless individual on earth, didnāt want to cancel the charge despite explaining more than once my circumstances. In addition, they charged a card that they were never authorized to keep on file and said āitās not our problem if you donāt check our website and read about our cancellation policyā! I was never told that 1- theyāll keep a card on file (my husbandās by the way)and 2- that they will charge me $190 for services I never asked for. They suggested that I come back and use the services booked and I should be very happy about that, usually they donāt offer to people to come back! Do they really think that I want to go back there? EVER?! I understand that itās a business but a reimbursement of some of the $190 would have been the least thing to do! When I suggested that she said at this point itās all about business and next time you should read our social media pages!!
