A big big thank you to Robin and Charles Fine Jewelry!!!! I went into Charles with the intent that I would likely go to all the jewelers in town to see if I couldn’t find the perfect ring design not figuring I would find it at my first stop. Not only did I find my dream ring but the service was above and beyond my expectation!!!! I found the ring that I loved and on a separate ring found the band design I loved. Of course it couldn’t have all came as one. Robin was phenomenal and offered to customize it combining the two to give me my perfect ring. I don’t know any other place that would be so accommodating!!! I thought the customization would drive the price to be insane but to my surprise it was exceptionally reasonable!!! I can’t say enough about my visit. All the staff has been amazing!!! The eagerness that Robin showed to assure that I got exactly what I want was so heart felt and so appreciated!!! I was told it may take up to two weeks to complete the customization and to my surprise it was finished and ready for pick up within a week. The ring turned out absolutely gorgeous!!! Even better than I ever imagined!!! I am one happy customer!!! If you are jewelry shopping, this certainly is the place to go!!!!! I have to say not only did I have a great experience but when I came in to pick up my ring, I watch another one of the girls working with a young gentleman who was also going thru rings options. I came back to the store, Stephanie helped me choose a brand that had the style I like. She gave me a card for their website to choose a band I like. I found the one I like and the process was swift and easy! I got to see the ring I wanted in person, then she helped order some sapphires to choose from. Stephanie listened every step of the way and never once put her opinion on anything; she definitely asked questions that made me think about what I wanted. The wait time on the gems was hardly anything! Once we chose what we wanted, the ring was complete! Even at the point where this custom ring was finished, I never felt pressured into the purchase. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience with no stress on my side of things in any way. I am in love with my ring!

My fiancé and I walked in one Saturday afternoon and there was a blonde lady who seemed nice but we both felt like she was impatient and didn’t really want to help us even though we were the only customers there. I asked her if she sold men’s chains and she immediately responded that they “only sold precious metals” and that we could find it at Kohl’s or Fred Meyer. Why would we have walked into a fine jewelry store if we weren’t looking for precious metals? She added that they could order chains from their store but proceeded once again that we’d have better luck at a Fred Meyer.
