I had my daughter go into the Verizon store at the Burlington Washington location, I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 16 years. I will never recommend anyone to this location right in the middle of upgrading her phone and transferring the data when she had an appointment at 6 o’clock And they were late getting to her right during the data transfer. They told her to leave the store because they are closing. This is the worst business I have ever seen. And the customer service there is totally inadequate and I recommend this place should be shut down because it is. The gentleman helping her. Apparently does not know how your trade-in works, In fact, I know it better than him. I think this store needs a serious talking to. Give a review of zero I would do that. With that kind of treatment, I am seriously looking at Another phone provider. Never ever again will I recommend using the store location. Upper management should look at this location because it’s not up to standard and I feel there should be a discount given or something free added to my account. That store has disgraced my daughter. And never will allow that to happen again. I plan to pay a visit to this location. I will plan to visit this location And give them feedback, but it seriously needs Done with corporate level because this is totally unacceptable and Verizon will lose my account that have four phones and two watches on it. I can’t express enough how displeased I am with Verizon right now you’ve hurt Hurt my daughter and caused...
Read moreVery poor service. We arrived to the Burlington store to trade in our iphone to a iphone pro max,, was only in the store a few minutes when the employee Stella, was extremely rude and failed to assist my husband and I with upgrading his phone. We asked about any deals, she did not disclose any only stated his trade in value was 800.00. When asked if they had any pro max phones in stock she seemed like it was an inconvenience to look, came back simply stated they had none and stated she was out on leave the last few months and had no idea where things were, maybe before you open the store familiarize yourself with the products locations in the store since you've been gone. We as customers had to ask about ordering one and how long a delivery was to her. She had a poor attitude about us ordering a phone to be delivered. When she was unhelpful and short with attitude she told us to go to best buy or Costco to buy a phone. We immediately left the store and did just that.I have been a customer of Verizon over 20 years. We went to Costco and were helped immediately with utmost respect and efficiency, sales guy stated we could only get a 800.00 trade in with Verizon if we upgraded to a premium plan which Stella never disclosed this which made us realize after she would had gotten us trapped in a deal then would have disclosed we had to upgrade so then she would have met her bonus. This was poor customer service and very rude as an employee to treat customers so poorly. If I could do a -10...
Read moreI have been a long time customer of Verizon, recently I have decided to upgrade my phone and my wife’s phone, I brought in the old phones, the Verizon guy told me that there is a promotion going on and that I can get a very good price for my old devices towards my trade in, I purchased two new devices, sometime later I decided to switch to a different carrier and that’s when the problems started, I started getting emails from Verizon that I owe them X-amount of money, I started to look into it and turns out that apparently there was an agreement that I was unaware of that for 36 months I could not leave Verizon because I did the trade in. Verizon basically said give us your new phones back and we will give you back your old devices and we are clear, I mean really??. I think that’s a trashy thing to do on Verizon’s end in order to keep their customers they bind you in a contract. I will be fighting this until they cancel this contract for me. Beware when dealing with Verizon that these sly foxes can throw a curve ball at you and bind you in a contract. They prey on excited customers who want a new device and throw in these stupid terms and conditions that enslave you and force you to be there customer.. this is how I’m being treated for being a loyal customer for many years??? Verizon I honestly thought you guys were better than that…there is nothing Verizon is willing to do to help me with this situation, their only response is to come back to Verizon and be their slave again. I...
