Wingstop — Restaurant in Burlington

Last two trips that I've made to this store they have screwed up my order. The previous order they forgot my ranch dip and I called them and they said that they would credit me the next visit, The most recent visit they shorted me four wings. On the first visit I had an employee insult me when I was a little disgruntled picking up my order and calling in about it and told me not to come back it was a young man I believe Clarissa was the manager at the time she may still be. The most recent visit when I just talked to a young man who I guess is the manager I asked if they could do something better than just give me the four chicken wings they shorted me and he said that he was limited to that only what I was missing on my order. Since it's a $10 round trip to Burlington from where I live I asked if he could do something better than just give me my four wings that I had already paid for and he said he was unable to do anything other than that and I told him that I would think they could go above and beyond for the customer seeing how I've been inconvenienced repeatedly. I do have to admit that I use two words that were colorful and may have been inappropriate and in the end he also used a bit of sarcasm to me to confirm that it would be resolved only for what I paid for. Anywhere else that I've done business with how inconvenienced like I have been with the Wingstop in Burlington they would not only give me my original order but they would credit me my first order just for the hassle that I went through. Already these chicken wings have gone through the roof with the prices that used to be the scraps of the bird and it still is but they act like it's gold and I know it's not. This is why I'm giving them the one star because that is the lowest I can give them because of the non-professionalism from the staff that I have been dealing with. Thisstore needs help and shut down cause the Costumer service is horrible!! And Haley and Brandon makes it no better and they are supposed to be the big ppl in charge literally 😂 but I came in and ordered a 20pc bone in wing asked for it to be double cooked and well done I get my food open it chicken just soft and soggy so I asked to have my order re done cause this is not what I ordered!
