charged us $200 for our REGISTERED SERVICE ANIMAL and said it was for a pet fee. Even though every booking site says “pet friendly without fee” First they said it’s cause we didn’t TELL them about the pet, and when we proved that we DID tell them, they changed their story and said it was because we “stained the sheets and left dog hair”. For a registered service animal, they charged us $200. We left the room completely spotless and they lied and said we trashed it just to cover themselves. Then they won’t pick up phone calls and would ignore my calls. Finally picked up and phone and they threatened me and said “I know who you are I would watch what you say to me”. On another note, Nasty rooms, only stayed cause it was cheap. Not even worth the cheap price. No hot water, bed was broken, sheets were wrinkled like they weren’t washed, hair in sink and shower, pee on the toilet, Moldy/ old window AC unit, foul smell in the hallways. I woke up with some type of bug bite on my leg. Itchy, still not sure what it was. Staff does not speak english well and it’s impossible to ask for anything. Example: asked for toothpaste but front desk couldn’t understand me, then finally they said they didn’t have any left. Creepy guys walking around that just stare at you. Like they are walking around barefoot in and out of the front office and back into rooms. Staff lives there? I wouldn’t stay here again if my life depending on it.

Update 2024: How nice to see that Robin (front desk) is here still and as attentive and professional as before! Another amazing staff member was Sweetie, who was all smiles and asking how our stay was. (Oddly, the male employees were far less service oriented, no eye contact or interacting with guests whereas the women were exceptional) Our room seemed fine except the air conditioning did not work and it was pushing 90f in the room. Robin came to see, listened, was patient and moved us to a new room (with frosty cold air.) Room had mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. Wifi good. Lots of TV channels, shower/tub were nice and beds super comfy with perfect pillows. Good sleep. Breakfast could use some work. There were fried eggs and sausage patties and tater tots but the tots were as hard as rocks and the ketchup packages were so expired they were "blown"...(puffed up like balloons ready to pop). Not one or two, a dozen easily. Only two little tables in breakfast room, too so not much space. 2019: Robin (at check in) was so friendly and kind. Nice lounge, cute breakfast area, I appreciated workout room. Our rooms were very nice...very clean and comfy! Great beds and lots of lovely pillows. Nice tub, 8 settings on showerhead, and a warming light! Lots of amenities in room, we had a very comfortable stay!

A quaint location to rest after a long road trip. Room seemed nicely and newly renovated. Comfortable queen size beds. Air conditioner that works. Supply with a basic amenities you may need like soap and shampoo. The breakfast is surprising large for a location such as this. There are a few hot breakfast choices such as hot waffles and fresh tater tots. You also have choices of cereal and prepackaged muffins and other pastries. The milk and yogurt are kept in the refrigerator nice and cool. The breakfast area is kept clean add Austin stalked by staff members. Upon my arrival late at night I was created kindly by Robyn. Warm smile and quick with the room check-in, I appreciate her service. The lobby offers ample seating area. A nice small coffee table would do well in this lobby. There is also a fitness center. Laundry machines are available on site. Vending machines are also present for that midnight snack craving. I appreciate how there are hand sanitizers along the hallway. I would venture to say this would be a nice location for for a couple days stay if your itenerery keeps you in Burlington.
