I wanted to dine inside at Arby's in Burnsville on Monday night. Myself and another customer were about to go in only to find out that the doors were locked. They advertise that indoor dining is open on their front main sign. I ended up having to use the drive-thru. I questioned the male order taker why the doors were locked when they advertise that indoor dining is open. A woman got on and said they were short staffed and couldn't open. I mentioned that it doesn't take a lot of staff to open a dining room. I placed my order for a roasted chicken salad with two red ranch dressings and an order of jalapeño bites. The order taker didn't listen well and asked if I wanted two salads, and I stated that I only wanted one with two red ranch. He repeats it again but with ranch dressing. I told him no and that it was two red ranch dressings. I get to the window and paid and then had to pull ahead to the next window to get my order since it wasn't ready. I was handed my order. I double checked it this time because on my last three visits to Arby's, my order has never been correct. This was true tonight. I received regular ranch dressing. I looked at my receipt to make sure they typed it in correctly and he did. The employee had left that window and I had to pound on the window to get their attention. A young female manager came to the window and I asked her why the last few visits to Arby's my orders are never correct. I handed back the dressing and asked for the red ranch I requested on the receipt. She got irritated and slammed the window on me because she had to go back and get what I needed. After a minute or so she returns. I told her that her behavior with slamming the window shut on me while I was only requesting what I asked for was very unprofessional. She yelled at me and told me that she didn't need to take sh** from me and slammed the window again. I couldn't believe that this is how a manager treats a customer. She should be reprimanded or lose her job. I work in food service as an operations support manger and this is not how you treat your customers. You have to have an empathetic ear to listen to those who are paying your paychecks. Even when times are stressful. I was totally in shock and didn't even want to eat my meal after that encounter. Well, I confronted them about it, and the woman said "Well, I weighed it myself" and the guy looked at her and then looked at me like he knew they were covering something up. So now today, I go there again with my partner, and she ordered the same thing and gave her the actual half pound roast beef in the box. So basically, the woman and the guy straight up lied to my face for whatever reason, and if you for some reason decide to go to this location, make sure you ALWAYS check what you have in your bag, and make sure everything is correct before leaving because they WILL lie and rip you off if you're not assertive enough on it like I stupidly wasn't. Read moreI've had nothing but problems w/this location! Today (1/21/2018) I ordered $14 and some change worth of food, I paid with a $50. At first I didn't get any change back, then I got .15 cents, then I got $4, then $14 and some change, then $15 and some change, then $25, then $30 and some change, and finally I just yelled out... Just give me $35 so I can leave! I finally got the correct amount back! Like I started this out, I've had nothing but problems at this location! After today, I will never go back to this location! In fact, after today I'll probably never go to an Arby's again anywhere!!!! Well, I went back here again and just after ordering in the drive thru they said the total was 7.41. When I got up to the window they then said it was 10.41. They need to either get real workers there or just shut the location down!!!!
