Staff: From start to finish, Jordan was incredibly helpful, kind, and generally a pleasure to work with. What an amazing person to have front and center in a business! I didn't catch his name but the gentleman who did the install work and demo was very helpful and familiar with the technology I was asking to have installed. He was also friendly and seemed passionate about his work. Communication: Phone calls, emails, texts, they have all the ways to keep in touch for estimates, recommendations, invoices, or questions during the work order. I appreciated being in the loop and having access to photos of what was being asked about. Value: Listen, I love saving money when I can. I also know the value of not spending time doing something I'm not a pro at. The seemingly endless frustration, all the potential unknowns, a do-it-yourself job can seem like a great way to save some cash, but when there is a team of clearly skilled professionals and trustworthy available, it is virtually priceless to be able to hand your vehicle off and have something done. Hiccup: Technology, hardware, things don't always go exactly the way we expect. In my experience with Eurotech, I noticed a function wasn't operating as it had prior to this job. I called Jordan and he knew what I was talking about and had me taken care of at open the next day. Was it a bummer to have to go back? Sort of. But I went back to a group of people who stand behind their work, take pride in what they do, and had smiles on their faces the whole time. The issue was resolved in minutes. Again, so worth it to have a skilled team who knows what they're doing. Recommendation: Would I recommend Eurotech? Absolutely. EuroTech did a lot of work on my automobile, Mercedes ML320. They did multi-point inspection, inoperable windshield washer system, diagnose low-range malfunction, oil leak inspection, brake fluid flush, remove and replace steering rack, remove and replace lower ball joints, remove and replace rear struts, alignment, remove and replace air and cabin filters, remove and replace front windshield washer pump, and remove and replace power steering pump. I will return to EuroTech. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. They brought my vehicle in the same day and were easy to communicate with and kept me updated all the way through the work. My son brought his Mercedes in as well and found his experience was the same as mine. They are familiar with working on foreign cars and do a very nice job at fixing everything. The price was reasonable and I am completely satisfied with the work that was done on the car. I will be bringing my car back near summer to autumn to do the brakes as they will need fixing by then. Brought my bmw e93 in to have stretched out convertible top cables replaced. I also asked them to give it a good once over. They found a loose belt and a loose air filter housing. For the record, their shop foreman is a bmw mechanic with 18 years of service. Respect!!

I will definitely bring my bmw and Porsche to eurotech again. They use LiquiMoly oil too so added bonus right there.

Eurotech Burnsville

I have an e93 hard top convertible that developed a noise inside the dashboard about a year ago July.

Normally I’m pretty good at dealing with what life throws at me, good and bad. That said, one thing I can not handle is squeaks and rattles in cars. This rattle has been a constant source of aural aggravation for over a year. I was borderline therapy session material.

My main man Jordan the shop manager and 18 year bmw veteran mechanic, Will went into full-scale attack mode on the rattle.

Sooooo 48 hours later the rattle is gone. It’s totally gone.

Soooo my question is…. Which god did I happen to please? This has got to be some form of raw mechanic talent and divine intervention, right????
